Incomplete taxes. I had to investigate on my own taxes. The man leaves most of the paperwork blank. First time here, and LAST! Shows how professional he is with the response he gives too. Smh.

Does anyone know what's going on with this business? I left my tax documents with them and have been calling for 2 weeks and I also went down there. The place was locked and no one in sight!! Their voicemail is also full. I really need my tax documents. They contacted,me they were on vacation

Cecelia is great! My fiancé has been getting his taxes done here for several years and brought me the last 2 years. Appointment is highly recommended. I brought all my documents for Cecelia to work with and she made the process really easy. Once she input the information, she explained everything to me, including my deductions. Unfortunately for me, I owed some money. Cecelia prepared the paperwork, included envelopes with the address information, and made sure I knew to record all the pertinent information down. She made the process easy!

First year doing taxes with them. Found them on yelp and decided to take a leap of faith. I love it!!!!! Receptionist is the sweetest and Cecilia (whom is the one who prepared my taxes) was great. She explained everything to me and showed me what I needed to see. Love it! Will be taking my services to them next year! :)))
