“I had a great experience at Mike's automotive, my car stalled on me 1,500 Mi away from home but about 3 Mi away from Mike's shop. Because of the wonderful Google reviews I definitely wanted to have him work on my vehicle. I caught them on a Saturday evening as they were closing but they were quick to roll my car inside the garage to make sure that it was locked tight overnight and work commenced on Monday when they reopened. They stayed in constant communication with me to make sure they were giving me the latest news, unfortunately the check engine light was not on so it could not be a quick diagnosis, they had to do it the old school way. Long story short, there was air trapped in the cooling system that they were able to bleed out and my car was working again at the last minute before I thought it was going to have to be towed back to Houston and I'd have to rent a car - so they save me a lot of money. Five star experience. I highly recommend Mike's Automotive Services to anybody. 🙂🙂🙂”

Keith responded pretty quickly and was willing to do exactly what I requested without trying to upsell me on any additional diagnostic tests. I dropped the car off with him on a Saturday, and he determined I needed something specific. He was able to get it done very fast, and I got my car back on Wednesday.
