I went here to rent a 10 footer for 3 hours and this is the most ratchet place ever. The line was super long, they ran out of trucks and they tried to charge me a fee and had to take it off. I literally only needed a truck for 2-3 hours and my total was $144. The prices of things are super crazy now. Also the customer service was like most of the staff wasn't trained properly or barely trained.

Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 rented a truck and the staff; Meagan and Manager JD were so nice! My dog has been having seizures & they were empathetic and gave me some food tips. Also, when the guy (not sure of his name) pulled up the truck for me he also put the heater on for me as it was pretty cold that morning. Really appreciate the staff and their professionalism.

I have rented many trucks from u haul all around California, from San Diego to Orange county, LA county.. never have they made me feel like they did in this u haul location.. the lady straight pro file me.. I felt like I was inside a police station , being interrogated, she made me give her 3 contact numbers on the spot to verify that's it's me... Made no sense , n she called them in front of me.smh.. never again will I come to this location .. this lady acted like she owed uhaul.

Takes 10 20 minutes just to get in to your storage So I don't recommend this place the people in the back lot some of them are rude and lazy But the people in the office are not they really take care of you

Thank you to the team outside who hooked up the trailer and drop off team..I was told I had wrong time and trailer could be dropped off at anytime per reservation department. Then when I talked to store had to rent trailer for extra day. CUSTOMER SERVICE INSIDE SUCKED!!

I’m not even the type of person to write or read reviews. However I should have read them before I returned back to this place. First of all. I would say the whole area of this community is bad customer service. I feel like they might get scammed a lot or deal with a lot of not so trustworthy people. That they began to treat everyone like that. & I’mSorry everyone not bad. & we the customer is the one who keep business going.My experience here was so bad . I don’t want to get into but . They customer service is poor not from everyone just certain people. Who has a bad way of communicating with people and they have attitudes from the start. I would not recommend to rent from here at all save your time and energy and go to different uhaul locations. That give better customer service . & to the manager there he definitely bad also he shows in his way of communicating he doesn’t want to work there get a new job. Don’t take it out on the customer the the community is the reason you have the job . Also stop trying to go above and beyond your policy. Your going to cause a lawsuit sir. I will never do business again at this location. They need to be closed down . Look how many bad reviews the store has that’s is so sad . Lastly it’s not the customer fault that you don’t like your job or want to be there.

I have rented from UHaul for over 4 decades. And UHaul had always been good and polite. Now there is a policy, that I have to give 2 contact phone numbers to them and they actually call and bother these 'friends/family' of mine. First, its no ones business if I am renting a truck, and I don't need my friends or family permission. This is a complete invasion of privacy!!! I called customer service and they assured me that is is the new policy. From not on, I will use UHaul as a very last resort. Very insulting, and very very bad customer service. This experience was terrible, and everyone in the lobby doing the same were also very angry. No one was happy about this. UHaul, fix this problem. There is a customer history for a reason. I had family time with some friends and family yesterday, we all agree if this is the new UHaul, then we will go elsewhere.

I have used uhaul several times in the past 3 years and have always had great experiences. This was an awful experience this time around from start to finish. When I made my reservation online I was quoted $150 for the rental including a utility dolly, furniture dolly and appliance dolly. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they did not have a utility dolly for me and my bill was going to be $190 instead of the $150. After checking out I waited 45 minutes in the 95+° weather for some one to bring my trailer. When someone finally took me to the trailer, none of my dollys were there so I had to wait again for them to find them. The driver side mirror was broken and the passenger door seal was fallen over. I notified the worker and was told that was all they had. When I extended my rental 7 hours my new quoted price was $240. Once my I returned the rental my price was in the mid 300 dollars. The app said my mileage driven was 99 miles but that was completely false. Only about 55 miles was driven in the U-Haul. I was told I would receive a call from customer support today and never got a call. This was an awful experience from check-in to quoted prices to equipment and customer support.
