AGAIN,US BANK has disappointed me with their protocol,my bills are stacking up while they continue to justify their MALFUNCTIONING ATM MACHINE at 25900 Iris Ave Moreno Valley(in Staters)They now want me to do their footwork and go back and get the number of their BROKEN ATM MACHINE!!THE NERVE,they know it's broke!The rep who took my dispute FAILED to put the number in my report which makes the time longer for my MONEY to be deposited into my account!!!!DO NOT USE THAT ATM MACHINE,and think about opening an account at US BANK!!!!!!!!!

I have been with this bank for twenty years without one complaint. They have changed crews and the new Manager really needs to look into learning empathy. He does not exhibit the World Class Service US Bank is known for. I am now contemplating closing my accounts (5) with them.

I don't know why anyone would give this location anything but a 5 star or this bank. My experience here has been nothing but outstanding. An example of that service. I withdrew money on a Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon went to Home Depot to purchase something and they realized I had a counterfeit 50.00. First thing Monday morning I went back I. And saw Kimberly (the person who helped me on Saturday) and she exchanged the 50. Protocol is to take it turn it in and the customer is out the dollar amount. Thank you Kimberly your service and understanding have earned US bank a loyal customer. I know for a fact other institutions would've said so sorry you're out of luck with this one. This was beyond great customer service. Your genuine concern and both of our astonishment that this got by both of us who have experience in banking just goes to show you, that you always need to have your guard up. Again thank you Kimberly for your amazing customer service. You get an A++in my book.

TERRIBLE service. They don't return phone calls; place 10-15 day HOLDS on cash deposits even when the account is not problematic and funds ave been repeatedly verified. The main customer service number disconnects you consistently also. Stay AWAY if you value your hard earned money and deposit!:(
