Came for a pair of shoes and they didn't have my size! Then I still wanted to get sum shoes for my daughter and I waited thirty minutes to just end up purchasing a gift card...talk about holding out on merchandise....crooked employee incentives! If u don't have the display size then why display the item in store as sale.I wouldn't recommend coming here ...shade tree !

Great customer service. I have noticed more and more that in modern times, good customer service is becoming obsolete. However, the sales girl that helped my son and I, was courteous, attentive and personable which is so rare these days.

I stopped in to pick up some new high tops. The staff was super friendly and I could tell they take good care of their customers. One worker seamlessly helped two other customers and myself and was so prompt to being out the correct sizes from the back room and get them to the correct customer. It was a very positive environment with exceptional service

I went into vans the other day looking for new shoes for my kids. Then Julie came up to me and offered to help me and to measure my kids foot. She also checked the shoes my kid was trying on to make sure they fit well. Then when I went to pay for my shoes this girl with tattoos was very nice and sweet. I have been to other Vans stores but this one was much nicer and was very helpful.

My favorite! Been buying shoes here since 10 years old, I am in my 40s. I am still shopping and now my kids buy shoes there as well. I am a family rewards member, lots of great things.

I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked by multiple employees if I needed help while I was looking at shoes. After I asked for a size and tried on the pair, the same employee kept checking on me and seeing if I needed anything else. Meanwhile, employees that passed by asked if I'd been helped already.I got my shopping done quickly and felt good about spending my money at this store. Everyone was super friendly.

Went in to exchange shoes I ordered online and Jose gave an amazing customer experience. There were 4 other employees that were just standing around and seemed annoyed, but Jose did a great job in making sure that I was able to get my exchange done.

The manger in charge of this store truly discouraged me from coming back. I've had bad encounters with her in galleria at Tyler and now here in Moreno Valley. She is truly a very rude manager, and I've seen the way she treats her employees and it's truly disappointing. She is never helpful and always makes her employees take over for everything and is even really rude when she pulls them to the side to talk to them before they have even started doing anything. And also I would like to point out the way she dresses since working in a public area like a clothing store why would you wear a short dress and skirts especially when there are kids around you. She is free to wear whatever, but also I think there is this limit and dress code for the work environment she is

vans has always felt very welcoming until their new supervisor took control over their store. The manager with the full on tattoos and black hat has always been very disrespectful to my family and I the times I have gone. Every time I have gone she is always doing the same thing which consists of folding t shirts and when you ask her for help she tells you to go ask another person. That's not okay, she was looking at my family and I in an odd way when we came up for help and like i said she sent us with an another employee which I am glad because Jose he was very helpful and extremely nice. So I don't know if this has to do with race or anything but when someone came up to her that was no skin color she was extremely friendly and offered to help them reminder she was still folding clothes. She is just extremely rude, and I don't know why she is still there.

i have never come across a manager more disrespectful and unprofessional in any store like I have at this one. The girl covered completely with tattoos and short hair was extremely rude my family and I, when we went shopping the other day. I understand that as a manager you have to be everywhere but you are also working in a setting with multiple people and are expected to at least be nice to your customers. She is even very disrespectful to her employees as instead of helping people she send her employees to help them instead and just continues to fold clothing and just look at you in an odd way. i don't know how she is still there because I truly feel she has more complaints then anyone I have ever come across with.
