Guy with the guy long curly hair didn’t want to give me a SIM card when mine stopped working. Wanted to charge me $30! Had to drive across town to the other verizon which fixed it for free.

Didn't wait as others stated. But, were taken advantage of and paid way too much for accessories that we thought came with the phones...one phone didn't work when we got home and then when we got hold of Verizon, we found out this isn't even a true VERIZON store. Hmmmm...VERY small print under the BIG VERIZON sign. Be careful...the guys are nice but not actually truthful.

We are so excited 14 pro max here we come! Ask for my Crystal she's increíble! Way to show amazing customer service. A great attitude and had all the information for our upgrade. I haven't had good customer service that sincere in a while. She knew all the details and took her time. Charles Morgan!!! Gives the best customer service. He always has a smile on his face and he is very knowledgeable about products etc. He was very patient when trying to assist me because I’m not computer of phone savvy/ but he educated me on the product and now I can do it by myself. Went to the Verizon store by Walmart in Moreno Valley to buy a phone plan. Not only was there going to be a 45min. waiting, the sales associate told me there was another one of there stores down the street by Target. Went to that store and was in and out w/a plan w/in 20 minutes. Thank you Verizon and to your sales team.

Only reason this location gets five stars is the assistant manager working alone and was never less than five people. I personally let him know why I was so impressed with him he definitely deserves to be noticed. I think the downfall is its a huge location seemingly very busy and he's by himself. There are no active demos except iPhone and a tab and there's no S22 on displayPromo and system knowledge great and handled system slowness with ease

I had a wonderful experience today at Verizon in Moreno Valley. Charles was so helpful and took all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my new phone. He answered questions and worked tirelessly to make sure I received all the perks associated with my plan. I highly recommend this store and definitely recommend Charles!

Charles (I believe that was his name) really took the time to help us out. We were picking up our ordered phones and switching everything over from our old ones. My transfer was complicated due to the amount of storage I had and the fact I didn’t have the newest upgrade. It took about 4ish hours total for everything to be done and finished. He never got annoyed and did everything he could to help me out to make the process easier!

It was only 20 mins before store was about to close and we had a few things to handle. I was treated with so much respect. Wasn’t rushed. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Best customer service EVER!!!

I've been waiting for this store to open back from "lunch", close to 2 hrs a guy got here went inside and locked the door behind Him, He came out after good 20 minutes and said that He is doing inventory but that the only employee is been on break that He'll be back in 15 minutes... so how long is his break?? At least they should leave a note explaining what time He left or what time his coming back, the one they have only says..."on lunch will be back in 1 hour"...
