What a waste of time, pharmacist with education are useless for insurance help, didn’t get no medication for my wife that came out of surgery. Never again coming back to the stores pharmacy.

Drive thru experience and walking in is the worst. Two tech just talking and staring at the computer, not even acknowledging that they’ll help momentarily. No name tags but one had a Stitch lanyard clip.

They can just never get it right. Just got there and they don’t have a pharmacist on duty, at the pharmacy. Asked if I can come back again. This is after I already had been waiting 15 minutes just to talk to someone. I love an entire city over and had this filled here because of the radius to my job. A whole day of delayed treatment.

Yajaira made my experience here at Walgreens the worst one possible. She assumed because I was black and because the person who sent me my Walgreens money had the same name as me that it was me and I was doing fraud. She forgets that people can be named after their parents! She also lied to me and told me they were closing their registers because they were closing. The store is 24hours! Terrible customer service the cashier had something going on with her customer she asked the other cashier (Brian) to help by opining up the other register, he refused and said he would get someone else. we waited 10 min and when the manager maid him get on register he got an attitude. Won't be coming back here and I strongly suggest you don't.

Staff is so UNFRIENDLY and not helpful. Had to wait for a picture pick up for 40 minutes because they're too busy chatting with each other.
