They can just never get it right. Just got there and they don’t have a pharmacist on duty, at the pharmacy. Asked if I can come back again. This is after I already had been waiting 15 minutes just to talk to someone. I love an entire city over and had this filled here because of the radius to my job. A whole day of delayed treatment.

Yajaira made my experience here at Walgreens the worst one possible. Terrible customer service the cashier had something going on with her customer she asked the other cashier (Brian) to help by opining up the other register, he refused and said he would get someone else. we waited 10 min and when the manager maid him get on register he got an attitude. Won't be coming back here and I strongly suggest you don't.

I have insurance and they tried to charge me over $80.00 for a fully covered flu shot. I notifed my insurance right away of this and they told me not to pay because its covered and that I have No Copay

All after they specifically said the meds were ready, "no problem".You got it! If you have any questions don't call pharmacy. I had one question. When I first called it said there was 1 caller ahead of me. It's been saying I'm the next caller for 44 min. I am currently still waiting. And then after 50 min someone picks up the phone then hangs it up. Plz don't call. You'll get no answer.

If I could give negative stars I would but since I can't, I am giving 1. Yarley was the worst clerk I have ever seen. She made a comment out loud to her shift lead, that she needed to "go wash her hands." I did not know if the person in front of me was sick or what so I asked her why she was touching my items if she needed to wash her hands. I then asked her if she could wipe my items off since I did not know what was on her hands. She very rudely told me it was because she touched change and told me if I didn't like it I could go get new items and someone else could help me. So I said, "Yes I will do that, I will go get new items." When I came back, stood in line again, I found that she was again at the register. So, I proceeded since I saw her leave to go wash her hands. She then acted very rude to me telling me I needed to "mind my own business" and if I didn't like it to get curbside service. She was literally yelling at me in front of a line full of customers. I tried to explain to her that this is horrible customer service and if you "say something out loud" it becomes a concern for people especially in this environment of COVID and therefore becomes their business so they can protect themselves. This stupid clerk will never be anything more than what she is, a minimum wage clerk, because her attitude stinks and she clearly has no idea how to treat customers. I truly hope this store does what they can to re-train their employees on how to provide excellent customer service. Never in all my years have I been treated like this by such an ignorant self centered and falsely entitled individual. The only good thing about my visit to this store was Ashely, the shift lead, who apologized for this person's behavior and assured me that she would talk to her and report it to the manager. I truly hope this is the case as this is a totally unacceptable way to treat customers. But I have my doubts, nothing ever gets done to hold these people accountable. Needless to say, I will NEVER give this store any more of my money.

I went to the drive through for COVID 19 test. They promised me results within 3 days. The sample taken never made it to the lab. This resulted in 10 quarantine in Hawaii.
