Walmart-Moreno Beach. I ordered groceries for pickup my pickup time was 1-2pm. When i arrived to Walmart at 1:40ish I checked online and its showed my order was picked up 11:59am???? I called the help center number and was on hold for 36 min to file a complaint and get a refund ( they were very helpful) while waiting an emploee came out to ask about my order i gave my name he disappeared for about 10 min and when he came back he took a video of my order and went to tell the manager Maria. She then came and said that someone called she took the call and the said they were my husband and was there to pick up my order gave my last name and first (I'm not married & no BF!!!) she DID NOT verify the order number or that the person was listed as an authorized person to pick up my order. I told her to pull the camera because i want to know what happened she said she would tell security and call the police to file a report and give the license plate. I really think an employee that knows they do not verify pickup orders told someone to come early and get my order i expressed this to the manger and she agreed with me and said it would be investigated. I hope so because i have to wait for a refund my food in the home was running low and i had no groceries to feed the kids. As long as i waited in the parking lot trying to figure this out they could have went and grabbed my order and I could have had my groceries to feed my family totally unprofessional.

I work at Walmart and honestly everything is the way it is because of the ridiculous time allowed on work given. We all fake it and if you do not you will be punished or coached, therefore creating the lack of quality in everything at Walmart . As long as you finish your freight you will be left alone. Nothing else matters to management. Not customer service, or anything else you can think of. Everything wrong with Walmart in done on purpose to maximize management's bonus in whatever area they can. Associates are punished if these areas or departments with high bonus yield are not upheld with the highest of standards. This is why some parts of Walmart look like crap and other parts don't. If you are ever at Walmart, do not bug the poor blue vest associates. Vested associates are treated to the lowest standard and are not respected and are given no responsibility beyond helping management's bonus upkeep. If you need something done like needing something unlocked or absolute help, find anyone carrying a walkie talkie. They do not wear Walmart vest but must carry a walkie talkie which is easy to spot They have all the power and cannot ignore you. When you ask a vest associate for help, all he/she is trained to do is find the key/walkie talkie holder, which are the people with all the power. Walmart only trust management with keys and yes they will take their sweet, sweet time. The reason there is a button is so when you push it, you can hear the person with a walkie talkie coming. If you do not hear a walkie talkie with a annoying announcement going off, most likely you will not be helped anytime soon. All of management hide behind the vest associates and make them do their evil bidding so if you are ever waiting for anything you most likely are waiting on Mangement not the vested associates. Please don't hate me, I'm only little.

Wow been profiled for some shampoo for the first time by some guy named Jatin. Ended telling me a story that in July they started making customers pay before leaving the cosmetics section. Turns out 4 months and going in that section about 20 times during that span and that's the only time. He also charged me a bag without asking if I needed one or anything. Can't say I expect better; it is wal-mart.

i have to admit it was a pretty decent place to work. pay sucked but everywhere pay sucks. my manager treated me good and stuff and i didnt have to do any of the stockign cuz of my bad knee. i kinda regret quitting but i think its all good cuz i get paids more now so were all good walmart. still shop there but dont recommend many of the people workingnow.

With mixed feelings on installation of 4 tires. The installation service was actually good, thank you to the folks in the store for getting me in and out quickly! When I was on the website looking and scheduling my appointment, I didn't notice a road hazard warranty option, I assumed I can just purchase at the store when I went in for installation. Walmart doesn't offer purchase protection on tires. If I get a nail the next day, gotta buy another new tire, again. Shame on Walmart for not letting people know this when ordering on their website! Should have gone to Costco for peace of mind.

Don't join Walmart.com membership. Not worth it, they kept on canceling my orders 6X in a row, then called customer service, their customers support is rude very rude and he didn't want to hear me out and talked over me and he didn't want me to talk to his manager and just hang up on me.

The smell of sewage coming from the floor drains in the grocery area is disgusting. I am not very sensitive, but the smell was so bad that we had to leave.

This store in Moreno Valley is a very bad smelling location it made me sick to my stomach and it was out of stock for almost everything I was looking for!!!

30 check stands but only 1 is open & uh long azz line 4 "self-checkout". This place gits worse & worse....I h8 goin there & h8 ever having 2 go there.

This walmart has horrible customer service, Im not exaggerating. I was put on hold multiple times resulting in an hour and a half long call. Once i was "helped" it seems that the girl forgot she put me on hold and I tried to be very understanding and calmly explain the situation and the girl in the electronic department simply hung up on me. Its very frustrating that every time I visit this store no one in the electronic department knows how to do their job. Do better at training your employees.

Second visit in two weeks, both times the employee put the the raw chicken, I put in the plastic bag, upside down in the shopping bag and the juices leaked out, I can't believe they have no clue how to pack the bags. They need to train the staff better.
