Horrible service. Went to self check out and had about 3 items more than the 15 required (my bad, I have a child and I’m trying to get out asap as she was having a fit). They treated us like we committed a crime. Employee came up very rudely stating “take this out” referring to the comforter taking up 90% of the cart space. She said surveillance was stressing them out and even had the audacity to say we were stressing her out and stated “this better be 15”. Made us feel extremely unwelcome and stressed having to take out every single item in our cart before we started scanning. Will never come back here again. It’s always something with this place. Management needs to do better and stop making staff feel so scrutinized to the point they are harassing customers in line. Managers should be on the floor running a check stand as there were only two other lines open. Not to mention the history of racism at this place targeting people of color with their receipt checks.

I’m so angry at the fact that I went and actually got some steaks from this Walmart and my husband was like why they so red and fresh looking wet. He smells rinse them off said they don’t smell right napkin that was red on the steak but yellow on the napkin, Yellowish red you look at the napkin is yellow on the napkin, but on the state is red I can’t believe these people actually take some old meat and sludge and put it out for people to buy and eat. They are so lucky kids didn’t eat it because Walmart would be in a lot of trouble.

My husband n I love Walmart and their delivery even better, but when it comes damaged. Not good. It happens quite a bit. They do take care of it, but plz note all the time.

Restroom had no toilet paper.
Things in produce out of date such as pico de Gallo.
The AC was not working in the store.
They also treat instacart shoppers poorly. We're working just like the employees are, yet they don't speak to us as if we are a connection between them and the customer.
The "rules" get changed on us constantly and there's never a norm. The service is supposed to be convenient for the customer. Why don't the registers reflect that? You don't want us to use self check out, but there won't be more than 2 other registers open. The customer has to wait long, and if you have cold/frozen groceries, you know how bad that is on top of having to make deliveries for multiple customers. Thanks for the team at self check out for being nice (that's sarcasm).

Came in july 6th and its burning up in this store !!!!!! So hot, heard many customers complaining including myself.
The managers see long lines and do NOTHING about it. I have posted photos on the long lines .Valentino is a excellent worker, he opened up a line when people were complaining. A stocker named Dominick is amazing, friendly and helpful. Really really hot in the stores , manager said corporate runs it.... I don't believe that. They just love seeing customers hot and miserable

It's obvious that Walmart higher ups don't value customer service. It is so hard to find an employee will to assist you. They all seem so unhappy working there.

It is a sad thing so much that we are told to recycle and the security of the walmart in moreno valley look at the people who recycle as if it is a shame for the store since ut is a shame to take care of our motherland!

I go here often. But there always issues. With deli service today waiting for other 15 mins. Employee was servicing him instead Of me . things on the top shelf not enough items. That i need they need restocked or they should be placed on the lower shelf. Im short & i cant reach if its not available for me to get. Its either i grab Other milk to reach it or grab a damn mop or broom. To reach things in other aisles. always NO managers when u need help with issues that Arise. Rethinking where to shop now always problems & dont get me started with the pharmacy. Needed a Prescription for my daughter who is 11half months now and the Prescription she Needed it wasn't available when it was on back order. It was out of stock. Been waiting for a call from Walmart for about a week. Nothing. Didn't know if they had it or not.
So went /wasted gas /steps get off the car & my time/ energy to talk to other pharmacy need to get a hold of Cvs to call walmart to get issue resoloved, ahh so annoying / prescription out to me.
walmart Get it together. Geez.

I called, and a friend called for a prescription, and both of us were put on hold. No one ever got back to us. We waited 20 minutes poor customer service. The best part is if you try to call their other services, it's the same issue don't bother to even call them a waste of time.
