So I walked in to open a back account and the Mexican over weight girl that said was a manager reused to open an account cause they only have 3 people working , so then I asked her to help me and she said she was busy. All I seen she was doing was nothing but on her cell phone eating some food. Wells Fargo bank really need to get employees that care about customer service , instead of hiring lazy people that do nothing !!

I had the worst experience I deposit my check and you mean to tell me I can’t get my money until it’s verified with my job clearly it’s my money I worked hard for it but I will be closing my bank soon worst bank ever!!!!!!!!

I don't how anyone could bank at wells Fargo, they have 2 clerks up front and 1 manager that's so overwhelmed with different customer requests it's a joke. Management at this building must value profit over customer satisfaction. Worst bank ever

Ridiculous! I try to do everything online but you know there are days you have to come in and do stuff. This is the worst bank. There is always one person working and the others talking about their dates to other employees... it's Saturday morning and only one person working. This place is almost as bad as the DMV. It's Friday 4pm and as usual 1 teller open.1 teller manager sitting on the back looking at a min of 14 people in line. And ever since COVID, they now close at 5pm instead of 6pn thats customer service for you. It's this way all the time. Provident bank is way better or the credit unions.

10 people in line and one teller. There are two other people working but I guess they are to busy doing nothing to help customers. This bank should fire the manager for allowing this

I feel as if I get lied to every time they tell me something. They said use the wells fargo app to deposit your check get it the same day you bank with the same bank as your company, lies. that never happened. Oh deposit your check at the atm your get your funds available the same day you bank with the same your company does its a wells fargo account lies , never once has my founds been available the same day. co workers bank with chase and get theirs available the same day. A check that the post office lost that i had gotten purchased from wells fargo. When went into the bank i was told i had to wait 30 days which was a lie. they could've cancelled the check and reprinted. why is there only 2 tallers makes no sense when you got 20 people in one line

I was there on 07.01.2023 at around 09:30.a.m. teller that was helping me was pulled from her window without any explanation,she spend at least 5 minutes at another window,this is unprofessional, you don't leave in the middle of a transaction and don't say a word.Woman in the desk behind teller yelled from her desk "have a nice day" in a sarcastic way at least 4 times when I was leaving.You must treat your customers in a professional and respectful way,she did not do that.(woman at desk behind teller).Unprofessional and disrespectful.
