Just to give people a heads up, the store appears to be closed indefinitely. It is completely empty inside, and there are no posted hours.

Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewers, the opening hours are not honored. We came here on a thursday afternoon at 2.30, no one was in the shop, no note on the door as to why shop was closed, neither did anyone answer the phones.

Very good business. The owner actually seems to care about the customers. Competitive pricing and organized area for gaming.

I come by every now and then with my guy for the tournaments (he participates, I buy comics, cards or play games with friends). We love it here. We've never had an issue with staff or management, they've always been great. If they don't have what you want in stock talk to them and there's a chance they might be able to order it for you.

Love this comic and card shop my wife and I have been going here for years. The owner and employees are very friendly and will take the time to help you out.

This place sucks. Customer service sucks. Books are overpriced. And apparently the store opens at 10am on Wednesdays, but it's 12pm right now and its closed. The only reason I came here is to see if they have a book or variant cover my main comic store sold out of. Other than that, not worth your time. Definitely recommend Players Comic Store. Its a bit further but worth the drive.

I've come here often to play card games when I want to destress and have some fun. They offer plenty of events throughout the week and have a good showing most of the time. Went to a sneak peek this last weekend and thought the store did a great job of hosting. This was especially great because it was the only store within a large radius that was offering any such event. Jerry and his staff have been very helpful when I've visited. I look forward to attending more events when I manage to find time to do so!

This is the best comic store I've ever been to. They have an earnest and sincere love for comics that shows every time I go there.

Came in with my daughter......... who loves Harley Quinn. I know right? Luckily, the gentlemen behind the counter was able to find my little first grader a kid friendly comic series, (first grade appropriate mind you) with Harley Quinn in it. Thank you guys so much, thought I would share our experience. We plan on coming back soon!!!

I greet the employee at the door and stares at me with no response or greeting and after a few seconds goes back to whatever he was doing behind the computer. This disinterest in the customer continued through my visit. His attitude made me feel unwelcome in shopping here.

Yeah we tried. I have gone back and forth on this place but they just offered up the final nail in the coffin. The gofundme basically just took money from customers when they could have just taken a business loan. If they couldn't get a business loan, that means they are a risk to lenders and trying to crowdfund the money was really awful anyway. I don't see them succeeding. Even if they do, the fact that they took money from customers to "fund" a new location is ridiculous. They aren't a non profit or charity. The new location puts money in the owner's pocket ONLY. Customers benefit by??? Oh yeah, having a nicer place to spend their money. Garbage way to run a business. Players moved to perris Blvd. Support them if you need comics. Top Deck in Riverside or the other 20 game shops in socal offer better prices and better players. Don't support this hack.

Super sad shop walking in. No one welcomed me or my brothers. We stood at the counter waiting for service on the magic cards and the worker just puts up a finger as in "hold on" we wait for him to finish talking to a friend or frequent customer then comes then he comes to us and says I'm going to have to ask you to step away from the counters while I count them out. The others employee just smirks at him and walks away. Dont recommend for MTG players or anyone in general.

My fiance is a avid gamer, and comic book reader, so we visit comic book stores often. We visit Zero Gravity only when we need something fast, but otherwise, we prefer other comic book stores. Cleanliness/Organization: Good Product Selection: Needs wider selection Price: Average Customer Service: Awful I know that Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokemon, are popular card games that require tables and are often seen at comic book stores, but they're not the only "tabletop" games out there. One of the games my fiance is into is X-Wing. He asked one of the employees if he could put together two tables to play (it wasn't a busy night), and the employee looked at him like he was crazy and with major attitude said no. So we left. In our next visit, my fiance wanted card sleeves which are kept behind the counter, the employee was with a customer so we waited. Now a good employee with good customer service would say "Hi guys, I'll be with you in a minute," but after about 5 minutes of waiting, with no acknowledgement we searched for another employee. This other employee was by far the WORST employee we've ever encountered!!! Nothing irritates me more when someone looks at you with wide eyes, a look like they don't know where they are, or what's going on, and say's "what happen." Guess what look we got?... I politely asked if he could help us, and his answer was "I'm about to be off." My fiance and I were taken back by that answer, but then he rudely asked if we knew what we wanted, my fiance told him, and as he rang us up, he actually told us he hated helping people that don't know what they want and wouldn't help them. I worked in retail for a long time and know that customer service is top priority!!! These are just two stories I've shared, but there's plenty more. This place fails miserably with customer service. Like I said before, we visit a lot of comic book stores and carry conversation with their owners/employees, so I can confidently say that it's this particular store/employees that severely lack in the one area that makes a business great.
