do yourself a favor and don’t bother with any other mechanic in morgan hill (or anywhere at all, really)! i simply cannot convey just how phenomenal the customer service is ALONE! michael, vee, and micah are by far some of the most genuine people i’ve ever encountered. from their quick response, their accommodation to my not having an appointment - all the way down to them driving me to my house after i dropped off my car AND picking me up when it was ready are a multifaceted service you just simply cannot beat. i can assure you that even putting their own personal kindness aside, their prices and attention to detail are sincere and they always ensure you know exactly what they’re doing as it’s being done. there’s a REASON why they have such highly rated reviews, but here’s one more because it is WELL deserved. thank you so, so much, C&M team!

Fast and qualified experience. Knowledge stuff that can give you appropriate recommendation for a repair. Very clean shop. Nice waiting area and shuttle service. Had my car survived for breaks and oil change all with in 3h and I didn’t get overpriced.

I brought my vehicle here for the first time. I had issue with my AC unit and front wheels noise. I was very satisfied with the service of my AC. Though I did not have the work done for the broken front strut, I was provided with their honest advise directing me to take the vehicle back to the shop that previously installed the custom shocks/strut/sway bar kits for my Sprinter. Definitely will come back with other vehicles I have. Happy to support the local community.

C&M is great. Love that they have a free shuttle to take you home and they are always so detailed with their inspections. Providing pictures of any problem areas. Micah is very personable and doesn’t try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs.

thanks a lot to the mechanics and Michael, my 97 ford has been in and out at least 4x in the last 6 months and since it's my only vehicle you guys always call by the end of that day same day I dropped it off!!!! I dnt think people realize at one point I had both of my trucks and my gf’s car going in and that day they got 2 of the 3 finished!

My car needed new brakes and they did a whole diagnostic of the car with items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait. I received pictures, texts and a phone call to discuss next steps. They worked hard on my car to get it back to me. Great work and communication and fair prices.
