I want to say thank you for everyone at Caliber Collision especially Odisho for the great customer service. Unfortunately the car was totaled by the insurance so I can’t speak about the body works. I will still recommend them for the great customer service they provided going through details and explaining everything on paper when the car got dropped to them. Odisho is the man, thank you

I want to take the time to thank the entire team at Caliber Collision Morgan Hill, especially my advisor Odisho, as well as Jessica at the front desk and her assistant.
I’ll be honest—after reading some of the reviews online, I was hesitant to bring my vehicle in. But after visiting the shop and speaking with the team, I felt confident they would take care of it properly. From start to finish, they provided excellent communication—both by phone and through convenient text updates. I always knew what stage my vehicle was in, when it was ready, and when repairs were completed.
When I arrived to pick up my car, it was pulled up front, freshly washed, and looking better than ever. The repairs were done above and beyond my expectations.
If you’re hesitant like I was, don’t be. The Morgan Hill Caliber Collision team is amazing, and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to everyone there!

Took my Toyota Avalon there for a hit and run and Odisho helped me and and explained every detail with me and updated me everytime the receptionist was very nice as well. Great customer service! Definitely letting all my friends and family know if they ever need a place to take their car this is the place to go!
