To Young staff members unable to go ahead and meet and greet and acknowledge my presence only after I was there for 5 minutes. Only after I seen the front girl get off the phone I asked both of them is there someone that's going to help up in the pickup area and the young man said yes we'll be right with you then he later changes tune when I spoke to the manager and express my concerns to the manager her name was Tina she was the one that finally helped me so they didn't do anything while they were on their own accord I had to wait till the manager walked in or the pharmacist

Even when its not busy, you will wait! I had to ring the call button twice to be acknowledged. Unhlepful, rude, talked over me and despite my twice saying this glucose monitor was brand new, I was not given any help with it or its associated sensors. I waitedn over 15mins for the sensor to be filled with a second coupon, but she didn't use the coupon, and billed my insurance; when I asked about another rx, she insisted that I had not requestedit, but when I drove away she screamed it wasn't covered, when it was just last month. I left there confused and without the second sensor. No way to treat sick people.Very sad I am forced to use this vertical monopoly.

The CVS in Morgan Hill is by far one of the best CVS’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve always gotten great care at CVS, but this place goes the extra mile. I did have to use a MinuteClinic twice in the past two months and the care I receive there was extraordinary!!

Miriam, at CVS 16995 Walnut Grove Drive in Morgan Hill CA, is exceptional. If you have any dilemmas she is the one to resolve them for you. She goes far beyond to help her customers by looking up discounts on your RX’s to help you save money ! She is friendly, courteous and professional!
