A local real estate friend of ours who was moving out of the area recommended Debbie to us, first for helping us to rent our house for a year and then later to sell it. She is wonderful - she kept us in the loop with all developments, made great suggestions that helped us to prepare for selling, and handled many small things during the sales process that was hugely appreciated (as we no longer lived in the area). I would recommend her to any of our friends - she is as effective and straight shooting a real estate agent as we've ever worked with (and I'm in my 60s). We were very happy with our experience - 5 stars!

We were first time buyers and we are so thankful that we had John to help and guide us throughout the whole process. John proactively guided us in different aspects and helped us understand the key aspects of home buying to make informed decision. She made it all seem so simple to me, but I knew it wasn’t. It was clear to me that she REALLY understands the real estate business and supporting laws and represented me in the most professional way. Debbie was a phenomenal realtor to work with and she really goes the extra mile. We found a vacation property with her and she went above and beyond with extra trips way outside her coverage area to check out the property and take us back. She handles negotiations well and we successfully closed with her help. Additionally, she helped us so much by mining for some local resources to get us set up with contractors and connections to do immediate improvements on our home and even helped us with some storage needs.
