I come in here and see so much stuff going on the manager lady is so unprofessional and the way her children come in and walk out with stuff like they own the store is sad. The manager lady has really made this store go down.

Found a box of condoms that's not supposed to be sold at all in there by the little managers room in front. You telling me the managers are intercourseing some where In The store on the merch. And then now me and my brother are being approached by one employee lady like almost every time it's just me and my brother. I think it's the store managers wife, accusing us of stealing while we're literally paying at the register. I don't know what her problem is but she got to go. I might contact corporate about this problem, because I live right across the street. Go there with my son's to grab snacks. Nothing faulty. First time she was aggressive about it. In front of tons of customers that clearly watched us pay for everything .

Very good service. I had came in and the workers made sure I was finding everything okay and would be kind helping me find certain things around the store. Especially the manager Angie Murillo, she was very helpful and well at communicating with customers as well as myself.

We were searching for water goblets. We found what we thought were 12 and were willing to have the store order more . The store manager, Angie and another gentleman were about to box up the 12 on the shelf when they located more- actually the additional we needed. They found boxes to load them in. So helpful! And carried them out to load in our car. 108 in all!

Cashiers are not friendly, does not show equal service to people of color. But favors those of no color This store is always messy and never has stocking in stock. Only the Store Manager showed me respect. They lost a customer. I will never go back to the Dollar Tree in Morgan Hill on Monterey Road again. The cashiers are rude and lack good customer service (not all but two of them. that store lost my business.

great location except rude cashier. Wendy should not be an employee of this place she is very rude to people who frequent this store. The other employees are very helpful but she thinks she is power trip. highly recommend to use another cashier.

I picked up a bunch of items at the dollar tree, like birthday cards, picture frames, silk flowers. That evening at home I was going to frame my grandson's picture he drew for me I noticed my glass or plastic on the frame was broken. I then went the following day to try to exchange it, and who ever the supervisor was on the floor wouldn't allow the exchange because I had thrown out my receipt and couldn't fine it anywhere. I had only gone there to the dollar tree mainly for birthday cards. They have a bad policy on exchanges and but that reason I'm never going back there.Walmart sells there brand name like Greeting and Hallmark cards for only .99 cents. The blonde lady is super nice but for the other boss lady is rude.

I always find a bargain and the clerks are nice and efficient but I wish the store were a little neater. Maybe the customers mess it up a lot.

I always find what I need. Today just wanted to vet my grandson a coloring book and ended up getting him that and a small dinosaur, toy cars, crayons and a story book. Nice that I didn't spend a fortune but I know he will love it all.

Decent enough with mostly polite staff.It's a dollar store. Not incredibly clean, but I always find what I need.
