Everyone is super friendly and the rooms are super clean I would highly recommend. It is also close to a shopping center which is very convenient .

Wow what can I say right when I walked in I was greeted with kind faces and smiles by the front desk receptionist named Miriam and Kimberly they ensured that everything was going smoothly through my check in and very helpful overall! I would definitely recommend and the rooms were nice and clean the housekeeper Teo is so kind and hard working lady that ensures your room is super clean.

Very nice experience all around thus far..
Rooms: The rooms are fairly decent
Nearby activities: Bike accessible, it’s a couple bike routes nearby ..A gym( Anytime-fitness ,shopping center also
Safety: Seems pretty safe, I’ve been here over 5 months with no issues ..
Walkability: The area is very walkable even at night ..
Food & drinks: Wing-stop, chipotle, subway and other small restaurant’s in walking distance ..

Amazing room and amazing staff to work with... there is breakfast in the morning. However, it is a snack sorta situation. Amazing location as there is a Walmart superstore for your kitchen needs.
Getting around to San Fran or Jose is a breeze and definitely a good hotel to stay at if it's for a few days.
Only complaint, the freaking smoke system... it WILL absolutely annoy you and will consistently beep even at night.

My spouse and I have been staying here for work for about 2 months We love it here. We feel safe here, its close to the highway and shopping centers. The staff are amazing!! . Miriam, Narineh, Stacy, Theo, Ramiro, and Joan are so friendly, always greet you with a smile and are very accommodating. This location is ideal for our commute to work but the staff are what makes us stay here.

The latest time to check in is at Midnight, but the lobby is closed at 11:00 P.M., which was not mentioned and someone has to open the door from the inside. I prefer carpet over hardwood floors in a room I am staying and bringing slippers are recommended because the ground is usually dirty. It is unfortunate they do not receive channel 4 on their television. They should have more options for breakfast besides the usual granola bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal. The heater and hot water are fully functional, unlike some places I have been in. I stay here when I have jobs assigned in the area and do not want to leave early the next day or I work the night before.

Customer service at Morgan Hill ESA is great I like staying here a lot for work assignments for the past 2 yrs now I wish that the cooperate will change all older mattresses, beds and furnitures in all the rooms because my back hurts so much whenever I stay here.

ESA Morgan Hill is a congenial mid-range hotel that welcomes pets. I stayed there for several years. It's an older property, and somewhat showed it, but they have been slowly rehabbing it. Staff were fine, helpful and genuinely friendly - as a long-term resident you can tell the difference between genuine and professional friendliness.

The only problem I see is there's no parking space for full size vehicles, full size vehicles barely fit inside the parking lines and if there's another full size vehicle parked next to you you can't open your doors to enter or exit your vehicle.
My truck and some other coworkers vehicles got broken into at yor parking lot, I was robbed of over $20,000.00 worth of books and inspection tools
