Refused to take a packaged box that the item was originally received in and that had a prepaid label, said that I need to purchase a box from them to be able to ship it.

I visited this FedEx location to send a fax, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member at the front desk was unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance with the fax machine. Despite repeatedly asking for instructions, she did not provide any help, which resulted in me being unable to send my fax. Additionally, I was still charged for the service I couldn’t complete. Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Cassie is a life saver!! I made the mistake of ordering celebration of life cards through zazzle... they screwed up the shipping so I had to go to fed ex office in Morgan Hill... with only a picture of the card Cassie was able to resize and print front and back cards for my Father's service which is the next day. Thank you Cassie for the help and wonderful customer service and patience while helping me solve my problem.

I really don’t appreciate the rigid rules of this fed ex center. As a customer I was treated pretty badly at least twice so I came to leave a review here. These 2 times it’s similar - I was simply returning something and told I had to purchase another box for my return because the box or bag I packed stuff was simply not what they wanted. USPS, UPS both have more flexible policy. Today my returns were in this box from Nordstrom. Just because it was a bit dirty in one corner of the box I was told I had to buy another box. Or come back again. It’s not very good to know we have to ship in perfect boxes - I think it might be not friendly for our environment but more importantly it’s just not very customer friendly when your customer came into the store get everything ready but told they have to buy something or have to come again. I will not visit this store again.
Store manager Yoselin Chirinos today said if I don’t have a good box to ship she’ll be in trouble. Well, but what about bad customer experience? I would highly recommend people to check out UPS or USPS stores in Morgan hill. They are very helpful and much more friendly people there!
Also update - I went to another FedEx in Sunnyvale on the same day. They not only accepted the package but helped me to tape it!!! Super friendly and easy. What a big difference!!!!!!!

The customer service at this location is poor. The woman who has reddish/purple box dye hair from walgreens woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. She refused my package because the box was squishy, but it was smashed because of them. She told me i had to pay for a new box or stuff it with packing peanuts (which are also squishy???) I went to another fed ex location and they accepted my package with open arms and a smile. She should try that sometime.

Every staff member is to quality. Store manager Daniel is the best! You can tell he is a good to his employees as he is to customers. I will make sure no matter where I am that when I need to ship I only use this location. Always welcomed by all with a happy and positive greeting. Love this location because of the employees.

Makayla and the staff made us feel welcomed the minute we set foot in the store. They greeted every customer walking in after us as well. We stopped by to have some special cards made. The whole entire time Makayla helped us, and gave us different options for our project. As we worked on our project she was able to attend to other customers. Great Multi-tasker, we never felt rushed during this visit. When we made our decision she was able to expedite the process. The store manager was awesome when we returned for our order, and even the person ringing us out. I’ve always had a great experience at FedEx, but this visit was above and beyond. If leadership reads this review, buy that team a lunch or reward them somehow. The team is hard working and deserves it.
