Ruby and Tha did a great job. They were also very professional dealing with a particular customer who was not going to be happy no matter what. I will be coming here from now on. Staff is professional and more than patient!

I have been a customer since they opened more than 10 years ago. The stylists are a mixed bag with some better than others, but if you want to make sure you get a great haircut, ask for Ruby. She is awesome and has been there since the beginning. I have tried other shops in town when wait times are too long, but keep coming back to Great Clips and specifically Ruby. They also have a nice online check-in system that allows you to see how many people are ahead of you.
Stylist: Ruby is by far the best stylist at that location. Well worth the wait if there is any.

I went in today to get my haircut, and the stylist ignored my ask. I just wanted the sides and back trimmed and she cut two inches off the top resulting with a horrible look. I will not go back

Ruby ruined my boy's hair because she couldn't listen to very simple instructions. I told her NOT to cut my boy's hair at the tail because it would be different lengths. She nodded in Agreement. I went to sit down. When I looked up, I saw what she did to my son's hair. Ruby cut my son's hair all at different lengths, giving him a bob cut. I literally told her how to avoid that error and she decided to disregard my instructions, and now she ruined his hair. He has been growing it out for more than 10 years. We wanted to donate to honor my sister's passing.

Don't have enough good things to say about this location. The service and care that is given to each customer is top class. I always ask for Ruby because she goes the extra mile to make sure my shampoo is done well every time. She is not rushing to get to the next customer. No wonder Ruby has customers willing to wait for her each time I go in.

I put my name online on the wait list and seeing zero wait time I left my house. On the way they showed one person ahead of me. By the time I got there they showed 2 persons ahead of me and wait time 23 mins. Then a customer ahead of me who had signed up for 1 added on another child so they put me lower on the wait list increasing my wait to 38 minutes ! That's ridiculous. When someone adds one one extra person after getting there they should have to wait for the second last minute addition.

The worst haircut of my life. I’m never getting my haircut at this location again, from the start of my experience it was awful and especially toward the end. The two woman inside were rude, had no costumer service, and were ignoring all the costumers inside the shop. One woman had big blonde hair hair, looked Hispanic and the other a short Asian woman with tan hair. The lady with tan hair ended up doing my hair because the blonde one said she needed her lunch first, which is fine but I don’t see why she told me and not her coworker? It took over 50 mins to get a haircut even with booking online, the lady chopped my hair (meaning it’s not blended at all), and she did not offer a shampoo which I would’ve been fine paying for but instead I walked out looking like a poodle dog. She did not even say thank you or anything, it was the most awkward awful haircut experience.

We came on time as the app notified us and the stylist took the one that’s supposed to be number 4 on the list and my mom was number one. Showed her the ap and what it says but she totally ignored it. Not a good customer service
