Rooms: Clean,comfortable, well maintained. Modern with all amenities available.
Nearby activities: Comfortably rural but within a reasonable distance to the Fresno airport. Had a very delicious Mediterranean/Italian dinner in a beautiful peaceful patio setting only minutes from the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was very accommodating. My every request was graciously provided. The restaurant was referred by my hotel front counter staff who's desire was to naked my stay exceptional.

Our stay could of been better. The room next to us was being loud through the night. The extra pillows in the closet had makeup stains on them and that grossed me out. Room wasn’t cleaned properly at all.

We were in the area for my daughter’s wedding. Lauren at the front desk was very accommodating and I sincerely appreciate her.

Modern, clean, and quiet, even though next to freeway. Friendly staff. The included breakfast is standard, but the staff keeps it well stocked, such as the hot items - eggs, sausage, and French toast sticks.
Noteworthy details: The lobby is currently, Sep2024, under renovation. Does not detract from the quality of the hotel.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE FRONT DESK LADY NAMED MAYA WAS JUST UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY SCAMMING US, ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, CHANGING RATES FOR HILTON MEMBERS WHICH RESERVATION WAS ALREADY BOOKED! VERY GREEDY PERSON! OMG! PLS AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL

This hotel has construction going on, so don't expect to sleep late. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was nice (for a complimentary breakfast). The front desk was a makeshift desk in front of the door to the office, but that was fine. However, they all just seemed almost too busy to acknowledge your presence. Aside from that, and the construction, it is a good place to stay.

Best hotel in the South Bay/ Morgan Hill/ Gilroy area. I stayed hear for about 4 weeks on/off. During this time, the hotel was going some renovation, but nothing terrible. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is a plus with a great variety. Housekeeping is amazing, I believe they service the rooms every 3rd day/2 nights. But super clean and remodeled rooms. Front desk staff is amazing as well, always upgrading Hilton diamond status members. Best Hilton hotel in the area and very much enjoyed my long term stay during this travel. Brandon and the other front desk staff are amazing. -Don’t sleep on this place.

Can't get to the front desk because it's under construction. Sign out front says come back at 3 to check in. At 3 crawled through the construction mess. Had to go around mess, up the elevator and back down the stairs to get out of the building. Ridiculous. Room was very nice. The check in process made me not even sure I wanted to stay there. Hot tub out of order, pool area needed cleaning.
Walkability: There's nothing around here to walk to.

Worst stay at any of the Hilton Hotels! The front desk clerk must be a relative to the RUDE general manager! They do NOT care about customer service or their customers! Their bullying tactics are mind blowing! Stay anywhere else BUT here! Stayed for business, was not aware of their remodel of kitchen-dining area, asked to be placed on higher floor and you would have thought with the attitude that I had for the impossible. Rude front desk Hannah said that a higher floor was a premium charge?!?! Then once in my inadequate construction zone room for two hours periodically she would text my cell phone to ask how the room was??? WTH, are you mentally unstable? I kept replying STOP, oh but she did not! Nice, rude and harassing! You would think the GM cared, absolutely NOT! His educated response was to accuse me for her bad behavior!! WTH!! Read, read, read, the reviews and stay anywhere else! Case and point, see his response of blaming the customer and NOT taking responsibility! Thanks for putting in writing! Helps my case!

It is always going to be chaotic when there are over 100 soccer teams playing in a tournament down the road. We stayed here for that very reason, our daughter was playing. For what it is, a hotel with a clean room and free breakfast, it did the trick. There was no way I was getting in the pool or hot tub. The breakfast was ?ok? I shouldn’t always go for the eggs, they were nasty, but I just can’t help myself. The room was nice, the sitting area was great in the lobby and it was open late enough that we got pizza for the girls and us parents chilled with some beers and had a great time.

customer service is terrible. They double charged me for booking error they not only recognized but told me was visible on their side. They refuse to do anything blaming Hilton, Hilton says its the hotel who needs to address the error. Neither one is doing anything so they can keep the money. I am truly disappointed in the customer service.
