Very nice holiday inn. Three floors with attractive and spacious rooms. Glass elevator that gives you a view of the different levels with planter boxes surrounding the floor railings. Eliminates that closed in a box sensation! Breakfast. Includes a pancake machine, yummy cinnamon rolls and the usual breakfast foods. Tables are limited during a popular breakfast time, however there are couches with coffee tables in the dining area. Location is very close to freeway without being noisy. Convenient to Morgan hill.

Stayed here for SJSU Orientation day, Uber ride was about 20 mins from hotel.
Check in was easy, friendly service. Continental breakfast was served and everything was so clean. Plenty of tables and lounging areas. Pool was indoors with plenty of windows overlooking patio. I appreciated the Dove bathroom essentials, love this about the Holiday Inn Express locations.
You can walk to McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Subway, Taco Bell and Mountain Mike's pizza. It's in a good location.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. It's fresh and delicious.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Carlos, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made a difference.
I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back!

They don't have parking for RVs trailers with trucks attached to it did they Park in the red zones and with that being said when you back out of the parking spaces it's very hard to pull out because you have to go back and forth with several times because their trailer is taking up most of the road

Our ultimate destinations were in San Jose and in the Santa Cruz area but this location was perfect. About 1/3 the price for the same accommodations in San Jose and we could get to all destinations in the San Jose area within a half an hour.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend this place to stay. Very clean, staff is polite and engaging. Our plane came in late, we didn't get to the hotel until 1am. I called ahead of time to let the front desk know we were coming in extremely late, they had our room ready immediately and a fast check in. Breakfast was great.

I highly recommend this Hotel. Mary the front clerk was very helpful and super nice. I just wish they had more options for breakfast. Definitely, we will be staying here again.

These people robbed a woman by refusing to cancel and refund her reservation for a Friday night because it was booked third party. She said she couldn’t make it on Friday night and instead needed to be there Saturday, so she bought the room for Saturday, but was told she couldn’t check in early on Saturday because they had sold the room on Friday. This is outrageous because they basically made a DOUBLE PROFIT on the room instead of holding the room empty on Friday night. She went up the chain and still hasn’t gotten her money back. I will be shaming this hotel all over social media for this.

We always stay here when we plan our trip to Gilroy Gardens. It's a great hotel, and my kids enjoy the swimming pool! There isn't much to do in walking distance of the hotel, but there's plenty of places to eat and great place to stay to be close to Gilroy Gardens.
The staff is great and the place is well kept (rooms, swimming pool, and dining area)!

Room 201, thermostat not working properly, set to heat and no option to change to cool. Room got to 75 degrees and the front desk could do nothing about it. Was told to call back Monday to speak to the manager. I’m here for 1 night. Not sure how that will help me 2 days after I’m gone.

I enjoy staying at Holiday inn express hotels beings they are generally well maintained & are overall clean & priced accordingly. This hotel has the name & all it needs is some TLC & updating. Landscaping, pressure wash the sidewalks & give the entry & open space some new lighting. With the NEW La Quinta next door they need to step up their game. I’m staying here now beings I committed & hope you step up & take the steps to stay competitive. Staff is great!!
