Really frustrated with this store, i moved to morgan hill last year, bought 21 trees, 3 of them died in different time, and it is more than 6 months but less than 1 year since bought, home depot has 1 year warranty on trees, it is super hard to return , the store manager even does not aware of the 1 year warranty, always say they can do nothing after 90 days , oh my God, how HD train their employees? Now I'd rather drive to lowes little bit far away, but they are much better, lower price, friendly customer service people

It’s a Home Depot. If you’re here, it’s for the convenient hours and location and nothing else. I hate the pivot to 90% checkout using PoS terminals that don’t allow tap-to-pay and frequently error out in any case. As much as dislike the overly attached “can I help you?” from each and every employee at Ace hardware stores, Home Depot by contrast could volunteer to help (or look more approachable at least) a bit more often.

Shout out to Jose Marquez, the manager, for his exceptional problem-solving skills in resolving order issues and ensuring a smooth purchase and installation process for major appliances.
Camila truly shone as a superstar during my dishwasher and stove top purchase. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to learn were remarkable. Jose's training of Camila on various aspects enhanced the uniqueness of the customer experience.
The recent sales prices on major appliances were irresistible, prompting me to make the purchase.
Overall, this has been the best customer service experience I've had at HomeDepot in the past 5 years.

I would avoid this Home Depot at all costs the only reason why I came here is it’s the only option. You’ll get harnessed by Shiela and accused of stealing and not sure what’s going on with management they seem to not want to help any customers. AVOIDEdit*The staff here is super friendly and supportive I've been here many times since my encounter and can't fault the whole place for one persons actions.
