I've been with State Farm for 30 + years but the last few years dealing with Kelly Mandani's office has been really unfortunate. I should have changed agents a few years ago but I tried to give her office the benefit of the doubt. Staff changes have not been good and I am so very disappointed with this agent and her staff. I can't get a return phone call from Kelly to discuss issues I've been experiencing. Definitely time to change agents!

Like a previous review, have been unable to get anyone on the phone when I called for a week. For a very simple transaction like removing a sold car, that couldn't be done in a timely manner via email. Ever since the office moved a years go, it's been an ever rotating team in the office and service levels have plummeted. Never got an email or phone call from the agent even though cc'd on the email during that week.

Kelly and her team are incredible. They always respond to my questions quickly. I could not be more happy with her service. We have only used Kelly for all of our personal lines of insurance and for some life insurance products. I would certainly recommend Kelly for anyone who needs insurance.

Hmm? Why doesn't anyone at her office answer the phone on a Tuesday at 1:30pm?

I have been with State Farm for close to 50 years in various locales and have always had the best service. My adult son who also has State Farm selected Kelly when our previous agent retired. I have been dissatisfied with Kelly and/or her staff for calls not returned and an increase after a review that was supposed to lower auto insurance. However the following issue is the "straw that broke the camel's back" and I am transferring to another agent. I received a bill to increase my Umbrella Liability which I had not requested. I called the office and was told I had called in to request it; after a discussion, the staff member said something like "oh, never mind that wasn't you". I got a second bill, called in to the office, told to ignore it. On receipt of third bill, I called and asked to speak to Kelly. Kelly apologized saying she had staffing issues, things would get better and to bear with her. As an aside, I had never spoken to her nor heard from her since the transfer to her office. I shared his story with my son and found out he had tried to increase his Umbrella Liability, but was denied. We assume they mixed us up as we have the same last name. Another bill came, I called office and told again to ignore it. When last bill came, I went into the office. Kelly was not there but in sharing my frustration with a staff member I had not met before, I was told she had a baby in January, lived in Morgan Hill and wasn't in the office very often. Her husband, who was in office, called Kelly to talk to me on office phone. She then stated said the issue is the State Farm main office. I don't know where the mistake was made but as it still was not resolved after a couple of months of me trying and after previous incidents of lack of follow-up, I am moving on to another agent.
