Review for The Little Gym
I appreciate the energy and enthusiasm of the coaches at The Little Gym. They always provide fun and engaging activities for the kids, which I truly valued.
However, my experience with their policies and customer service was frustrating, ultimately leading me to cancel my child’s enrollment. When they asked for my opinion and recommendations, I took the time to share my concerns—yet I received no response. It became clear that they are more focused on collecting fees than actually supporting families and addressing feedback.
Here are the main issues I faced:
1. Lack of cleanliness – There is no cleaning or disinfecting between classes. Many toddlers also attend daycare or preschool, making it easy for germs to spread. It’s concerning that no effort is made to sanitize the space before the next group of kids arrives.
2. Unfair make-up class policy – If a child misses a class, they are not allowed to use a make-up session. This feels unreasonable and gives the impression that The Little Gym prioritizes revenue over children’s development.
3. Frequent class cancellations without notice – On multiple occasions, I arrived with my child only to find out that class was canceled. There is no real-time notification system, which leads to wasted trips and unnecessary frustration.
To make matters worse, my subscription was active until the 2nd of the month, yet I was denied access to class on the 1st. I was also unable to use my final make-up session, even though my membership had not officially ended. This felt unfair, as members should receive the full benefits of their subscription until the expiration date.
It’s disappointing that The Little Gym requested feedback but failed to respond when I raised these valid concerns. Ignoring customer input and prioritizing money over service only damages their reputation. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve their policies, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

My daughter was enrolled in the 3 years old class for half a year. I had high expectations for this place. And I ordered the membership for twice a week. But the Saturday section was a disaster. Crowed with kids and only 2 teachers. The teacher didn’t give enough care for every single one. I canceled my whole Saturday class immediately. But it took 2 months to process - caused my account kept paying the premium membership for 2 months. They said they will offer credits means I can use these credits for future classes without paying them. I have 8 credits and never use them. Then, after 6 months, the schedule was not worked for us. We planed to cancel the whole membership, but result is they said I can’t use these credits. Because if I unenroll the membership I’m not allowed to use the credit… this is so ridiculous! Bad management! So disappointed!

After 8yrs from when my daughter first started, not counting the approx 3years my son was a part of it. They're so instrumental in working and helping and bringing out our kids abilities. Whether it's athletic or other things, like making friends, respectful. We've taken our last class. Mrs Carol and staff are AWESOME, that's an understatement. Classes and let's not forget the oh so important Parent Survival Night. Much needed for parents to get some quality time.

This Little Gym in Morgan Hill is the BEST extracurricular activity you can do with your child/children! We had our children here for years (they have since aged out). The owner, Carol, has been here for a LONG time and the service she and her excellent team provide is second to none. Other gyms or like activities pop up from time to time - the owner and this gym are second to none.

The owner Carol was so wonderful, walked us through everything, and answered all the questions we had not only about the classes offered, but also their sanitation procedures to keep everyone safe. 5 stars for sure and we can't wait to for our next class!

The Little Gym is wonderful!! I discovered it because my son's developmental pediatrician recommended he go to a sensorial gym and I wish I had discovered it sooner. My son has grown immensely thanks to Ms. Carol and her team. My son learns new skills weekly and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is so kind with him. Can't wait for the shelter in place to be over so we can go back in!!
