Tried the first bed he recommended and then a few others to make sure he knew what he was talking about , and there was no need. “Laura worked with us in Gilroy and was so helpful!! We Went to Gilroy to try the purple mattress. She encouraged us to try out as may beds/adjustable frames that we wanted. We left to think about it. Several days later, we decided to go to Morgan Hill to try the Necter bed.
We told Willis why we were there and he once again encouraged us to try that bed as well as comparing it to other beds he had. He was so patient and when we shared that we had originally worked with Laura, he was all too happy to give her credit to the sale as well. I like shopping at mattress firm because I feel like they really want their customer to have the best experience!
They were both so professional and helpful that we will certainly be back!!”
