This could be my perfect hotel, easy to find, nice neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff, with refrigerator and microwave in room, seating area separate from the sleeping/desk area, and built-in island/table for food prep and consumption. And very nice decor!

Very Clean place, nice staff. Free breakfast food. Better than nothing. Cereal 🥣 and microwave stuff. Harley Davidson dealership next door. The view of the mountains from my room was amazing.

I immediately received a call to the room as I entered and was told no pets were allowed and that i could be refunded. My dog and I were not in the room longer than 30 seconds. They charged my card and I have still not been refunded at this time. There was a small sign somewhere near the desk that I just did not see until the clerk pointed it out to me after the fact. It did read no pets or something to that extent but nowhere did it say no pets while I was booking the room- I normally stay at the Hilton or LA Quinta and the dog has never been an issue before. Had I known I would have not attempted to stay there. The room itself was small and nothing notably great plus it smelled like smoke anyway so I was happy to leave and go to the Hilton. I was unaware that hotels scammed people out of money. Crazy little racket they have going here. Will never recommend this place to anyone unless they were my enemy. If you're trying to save money on a room this isn't the place to go, paying an extra $50 and being in a better place with positive vibes is the way to go. This place is a soul sucking, stale, humid & uncomfortable crap-hole with scammers just watching your every move without your knowledge so that they can scam you out of $100.

The staff at this hotel definitely made it a good experience. The room wasn't dirty, but there were stains on the couch and the bathroom. Its a good option when you're on a budget. Our room was very big. I'm not a big fan of cloth shower curtains but the bathroom wasn't bad.
