The facility was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful with all my animal husbandry needs they have all types of Critters and everything you would need to care for them I highly recommend you take a visit here

I went to the counter to ask for help getting some crickets. My husband asked me to go find someone to help so I did. He did not arm me with the apparently vital detail of exactly how many crickets he intended to purchase. I found the young dark haired girl at the cashier’s stand and asked her if she could call some help to crickets. She asked how many I needed. I told her “Sorry, he didn’t tell me, I’m not sure. Can you call someone?” She didn’t seem to want to call anyone to help us. After searching the entire sales floor myself for someone to help, I came up empty handed. I had to ask her a second time to call someone over. Again, “How many do you need?” “I don’t know. He didn’t tell me. He just asked for some help. Can you please call someone?” (Cashier picks up phone, looks confused, hesitates, lowers phone) “Call him. Please.”
Later, once someone showed up and helped my husband, that associate returned to the check stand and debriefed the first cashier who said out loud “he could have easily just told me that.” And I would have, had I know the information you were asking for. However, as I clearly twice stated, I did not know, and so the solve was to send assistance like I had asked in the first place.

I noticed when I gave my dog a bath, the water turned a brownish red. I was concerned & called Petco. Had the pleasure of speaking w/ Kayla. She let me know it was normal & it sounded like flea dirt. I came in & Kayla was so helpful to direct me to products that would help with the flea dirt. She recommended a chewable, a topical and a fogger for my home. I appreciate the specific instructions on how to use the products correctly. My dog’s Itching & scratching has almost been eliminated. In 8 years my dog has never had fleas. THANK YOU KAYLA for all of your help!!!!!!

I have tried three separate times to take advantage of their walk in nail trimming for my dog but each time I’m turned away for various reasons. I don’t think I can rely on this location for my pup any more. Wish they either came through with their walk in nail trimming service or actually offered appointments.

I had to go thru so many hoops just to have my dog groomed @ this store & they really did a crappy job on him, I'm still doing touch up cuts from their mess they made of him, very disappointed, after paying $76 you would think I would of been pleased but im not, I do not recommend them

I was keeping my friend company while she bought a bird for her mother in law. I gave her one of my cages. Your employee ( a tall young man) was so helpful in catching just the bird she wanted and placing the bird in our cage, so we did not have to transfer the bird from box to cage. Great customer service with a pleasant attitude. Thank you so much.

I took my rescue puppy, Cali, to Morgan Hill's Petco for training and socialization. She was shy at the start, but each class was so much fun that she quickly became comfortable with the other puppies, their handlers and the trainer, Isabela. Isabella was great. She gave equal attention to everyone, and you can tell she loves what she does. Cali learned all the basics and earned her Puppy certificate, and we'll be going back for more.

My wife was told they only had a partial order and the dog treats weren't included because they were out of stock. She checked the shelf and they were there. She asked if they could add them to the order to complete it, and was told no, that she would have to pay the price with out the 10% online discount. Sure seems a manager could have corrected this error if they were concerned about customer loyalty.
