Worst customer service ever! Placed an order online then called to modify it their manager Maria got extremely upset and started yelling over the phone. I still can't believe her attitude. Never going back. I should have read the reviews, seems like Maria and Sergio have been an issue for many years now. Again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zero stars if that was a choice.

Masks are NOT required in Santa Clara County: The Santa Clara County Public Health Department said Friday it is "strongly urging" everyone in the county to wear face coverings when they're out in public performing essential activities. (NBC Bay Area News). Ok, so I ordered and paid online. I guess they are supposed to bring your order out to you when you get there and park in the front. So I figured ok, I don't see anyone, so I walked in. Plastic everywhere, literally everywhere. So when I walk in someone comes up saying in a rude ton "Where's your mask?" I said in my car. He said I needed to get it. WTF dude, how hard would it have been to just hand me my damn pizza instead of making me leave and come back when I was already there. This is excess unnecessary exposure. So I come back in with the stupid mask on and instead of handing it to me on the side of the desk, he puts it in the tiny opening of plastic on the bottom of the countertop. Seriously dude. I sooo should have just walked out and told him to screw himself. But I already paid for it. I am not shocked at all that this branch has such low ratings.

Wow they swindle money!!! Do NOT come here!!! We asked for the week's deal that was $9.99, and they charged us $23.99! They said that we had to purchase drinks when we didn't. Completely swindle money!!!

Ordered 2 special heart shaped pizzas for Valentines special dinner. Not cheap either. They delivered pizza to wrong house and the neighbors took the pizzas. Manager was too busy to get on the phone about getting a replacement or refund. The driver came out several hours later to let us know about the mix up and it was definitely too late to save the evening. So they credited the charge but no other compensation for ruining our Valentine's Day...Really Pizza Hut?? So no heart shaped pizza for another year and we'll get them somewhere else. Very disappointed:(

Worst service ever- I'm only give 1-star because 0 stars are unavailable! I'm very disappointed how my family and I were treated by the manager Maria. I called at 1:22pm and ask if they delivered to a local brewery in Morgan Hill. I gave her the address and she said, yes, they did and would call before they head out and be there within 40 minutes. I placed and paid for a $75 order. One hour later, after no call and no show, I called and let the person who answered the phone know we hadn't received our order. The lady on the otherside of the phone started yelling, "I went to address X, no one there ordered pizzas!". I said, I'm sorry, you probably went to the incorrect address, a call to me would of cleared it up". She preceded to yell, "No, you gave me wrong address!". I asked for her name and a refund and she said, fine 10 days for money to be retuned or she can delivery pizzas and that's the way it is! And then she hung up in me! My husband called several times and no one answered. Finally, the fouth time a male answered the phone, he let my husband know the manager Maria refused to get on the phone or refund our $75. He let him know it's illegal to keep our money without providing us with our purchase and we will dispute this purchase on their behalf with our bank. The male refused to give his name but did say they'd return our money. Moral of the story... don't go here. Too much of a headache over overpriced pizza!

The delivery guy was super rude and said we were yelling at him when we never did. They forgot to give a us one of the pizzas we ordered and we were understanding. When we walked in he was yelling at one of the managers saying we were yelling at him because they forgot a pizza. Horrible place to get pizza. I would put zero stars if I could.

Complete rip off. They charge around 15% tax. I don't even know if that is legal. I put two 5 dollar items in the cart and the sub total was 14 then after tax 24. Piece of crap owner whoever owns this place. God bless Donald Trump may he get re-elected and put a stop to stuff like this

I usually order from this location regularly and tonight I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the staff. I had a small issue with my order and when I called to speak with someone. What I expected was someone who would listen and apologize and bring a solution. However what I received was someone who was arguing with me, and telling the customer they are wrong. When I asked for the manager, the response was " I am the manager." I explained my do dissatisfaction, I was hung up on. With having over 13 years of experience working as a restaurant manager, this kind of experience and level of customer service is unacceptable and disheartening as I would regularly frequent this location. I don't think I would want to order from here again with this level of unprofessionalism. Ticket #81 invoice #57 10/11/19 8:57pm. I would not recommend this place anymore.

Service Fee??? 2.10 on a large pizza on line; 2.30 at the restaurant for the same pizza?? What the heck is going on? I was told by the clerk that the government is charging them to be a business so we are passing it onto the customer. PIZZA HUT school your employees. You are passing on your cost of doing business to your customers which any logical business would incorporate that cost into the cost of the product. Or perhaps eat it because you have to have expenses when you run a business. You separating it out and me getting pissed that you charged me more made me walk out and not order your pizza and I won't be back. This is something new you started because I've ordered within the last 5 months and that fee wasn't there. If this is something that just your California stores are doing, when customers get wind of it you might loose them too. California already pays the highest costs in the United States. Every dollar we spend is spent with a process of is it worth it. My answer to this pizza is NO!! Good luck.

Fucck this Pizza Hut. Horrible customer service. Especially coming from the MANAGER. I usually come here and don't have problems, but last night was such a annoying experience. The moment I walk in I see no one. I'm looking around then I see a man making pizza in the back so I say excuse me. This man really took a look at me and ignored me and kept doing what he was doing. Then I say excuse me AGAIN & finally a older lady comes from the side, peeps her head out and tells me "just a moment" I hear her talking on the phone. Keeps on damn taking. Finally she doesn't even walk up to me she goes to the table where you cut the pizza and says "pick up?" I tell her yes, I gave her the name. Delivery guy come in and she has him finish cutting the pizza and I thought it was so she can finally take care of me and ring me up. She goes BACK TO THE PHONE. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS WOMAN. A manager doing this??! I'm like wtfff. I found out she was a manager because the guy that started cutting my pizza just started cutting the other pizza's he had to cut. I'm like wtf is going on here. So I tell the man cutting pizzas can I just have my pizza already I've been waiting legit 15 minutes & he said "the manager has to ring you up" guess who comes walking towards me after that. That damn lady pulling this shiitt. It was soooo annoying. Like why couldn't you just quickly get me out the way and let me be on with my night so you can continue your nonsense. I finally got my pizza and it didn't taste fully cooked, crust was cold. This place was on some BS.

Don't call in if you except to communicate. Not sure how you expect to run a business if the person who answers the phone can't help you. Secondly, 30-45 min (over priced) delivery will take well over an hour.

I have ordered from this place I think last year and I remember how rude Maria was but I was in Morgan hill and decided I would order from this Pizza Hut instead of Gilroy since I was already in MH. Uh I should've just waited and ordered from Gilroy. I would avoid this place just because I don't want to deal with Maria. She's really stingy with the ranch and she rudely tells me ranch is extra and the wings are done differently at this Pizza Hut than the one in gilroy so next time I should call and ask since I ordered online, she needs to be trained on customer service. Overall food was decent and also the gentlemen that was with her seemed like he was just going on with what she was saying almost worried to go against anything she said. Maria needs to be retrained in customer service or get someone to replace her. Smile more Maria!
