Great eye for how to best present my home for a top dollar sale. Their expertise really showed in the staging of my home and timely completing the deferred maintenance my property required, with their having an extensive network of repair contractors who prioritized my project. Perfect team of husband and wife. Shante sold my , very difficult to sell property in Livermore in very short time and I was able to buy perfect 1031 exchange property in very desirable area. Back in October 2023, I reached out to Shante & Lee to discuss remodeling and selling a rental property in San Jose while I was based in Massachusetts. They advised notifying tenants in December/January, starting the remodel on February 1, 2024, and listing the property in early March 2024 to achieve the best price. Their deep understanding of the market and the importance of timing was evident.
Following their expert advice on what to replace and repair, we managed to get the property market-ready within 30 days—a feat considering how challenging it can be to find reliable contractors. Shante & Lee provided top-notch contractors and managed the entire remodel and property until the sale. We listed the house on March 8 and held an open house that weekend. By Tuesday, we had three offers, all substantially over the asking price. We closed at $260K over asking.
Shante & Lee truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the home-selling process. Despite the 3-hour time difference, communication was seamless, and they accommodated every need. Their comprehensive services, from remodeling and property management during construction to impeccable staging, made our property look its absolute best. Their exceptional negotiation skills secured a fantastic price well above our listing.

Having been involved in roughly 30 real estate transactions thru the years, we have experienced many different markets and realtors. We have been involved in several property transactions in the last few years with Lee and Shante. Their attention to details and the ability for their team to address our needs has been outstanding!Recently we made a decision to sell our home. The property was in the upper price point and with a slowing market we were apprehensive about attempting to sell.Lee and Shante developed a multi tiered marketing plan to appeal to as large a market as possible. Above and beyond the typical avenues realtors use to market properties, Lee and Shante used videos and social media to promote the property to a broad array of buyers and markets. Their outside of the box thinking included a large party at the home and a lifestyle video that showed all the features of the home being enjoyed! The property was great for someone with a car collection so they attempted to attract buyers thru car collector networks as well.In addition to market exposure their understanding of the market conditions at the high end price point was key to our pricing strategy, that was set for the property. Knowing the average days on the market was increasing at the time, they built in a price reduction to our initial price offering to create momentum yet still allowed us to hit our target sell price. Lee and Shante did a great job understanding the buyer and negotiating to achieve the outcome we wanted.Finally their teams’ efforts to guide us thru all the disclosures we now see with properties and help us to limit exposure from a property sale was quite extensive.We simply have not had a better experience in all the years we have been buying and selling properties! Their effort to help us was outstanding!
