Specialized would not let me change my email address. I think this is a very poor policy that generates unnecessary friction and is indicative of a company unwilling to care for the customer experience.

Large groups of their employees cycle through nearby residential neighborhoods. These groups ride 4-5 side-by-side and don’t obey traffic signs. Often talking very loudly and inappropriately. I wouldn’t support a company that has no respect for the community.

my friend came from Mexico and he wanted to visit the museum here.on Google maps shows that they open on Fridays til 4pm and we came here it was already closed at 2.so disappointing.
