Worst UPS drop off ever.
You need to add a tape? No! sorry we don't provide free tape, Go buy the shipping tape from a store. You have a QR code? Sorry we don't scan QR codes. The store needs a hard copy. Why bother?????

I've only used this place for Amazon returns and they are efficient and fast. They are not sticklers on having a box all the time and are nice when you forget to tape things.

This is only a drop off point location so your package must be labeled and ready to go. They do not have a scanner to scan from your phone
