The service, expertise is exceptional. Staff very helpful and a joy to visit. Smooth, fast, efficient. Always a please to visit. Other UPS in the area, but nothing compares to this branch.

Terrible customer service from owners, you can tell who the owners are. It really makes the buisness look, the Indian gentleman has no manners and will talk back very rudely and inconsiderate. His employees seem to look miserable when they are around. I won't be using this store again, I rather drive a little further.

I recently returned 4 packages (in two trips) back to Amazon. They scanned the QR code and accepted them, then promptly lost all 4 packages, which I now have to pay for. They gave me a receipt and tracking numbers, which show that the packages were never received by UPS, making the receipt completely useless.

Not sure why this place had so many bad reviews because it's pretty great now. Had a QR code to drop off my return and there was an employee who scanned it right away without having me wait in line the entire time. Quick and Easy 👍

If you’d like to ship your package anywhere but your actual destination this is the place to go. Not only will they ship your package to the wrong person and wrong place; they’ll make absolutely no attempt to rectify it. The owner will literally hang up on you when you ask them to help.

I returned a very expensive printer to Amazon using the ups store and it was never scanned in. So it looks like I never dropped it off and I’m assuming they lost my package so when I went to try and resolve the issue the older man brushed me off and said it was amazons problem. Very rude! Now I am out of $700 and still months later trying to get this issue resolved.

They refuse to accept Amazon returns. I had to go out of my way to another place and they shipped it. The Notary there also messed up on our paper work by putting in the wrong date. Stay away from this place.
