Paid cash for a new phone over $1k. The employee who processed the transaction took the cash and never applied it to my account. Didn’t realize till months later that I was being charged for the new phone. Attempted to speak with the manager on so many occasions by phone, but the manager is never around. I moved to another state so visiting the store is not an option for me. Super disappointed that someone took the cash and I’m left paying off a phone that I had already paid in full for over a year and a half ago.
