Excellent venue for wedding. I am so glad that I picked Willow Heights Mansion for my big day. All the guests loved the venue, the decorations and the hospitality of the staff. Big shout out to Mary Peterson who's the event manager. She was very helpful with everything through out the process. Staff is great and worked really well with all the vendors. After my wedding, two of my friends also inquired about the mansion. I would highly recommend Willow Heights Mansion for wedding. Note: Please don't reject the place based on online quotes. Work with event managers. Trust me, you will be happy. THANK YOU Willow Heights Mansion!!! LOVE from my family to you!!!

As a wedding photographer, getting the chance to work at the Willow Heights Mansion was one the best experiences as a wedding vendor.The entire WHM team was absolutely incredible, especially Mary! She helped plan and coordinate the entire wedding day, and was there for anything myself or my assistant needed. She was so accommodating and made sure to have dinner plates ready for us upstairs once the guests started being fed. It not only helped the wedding day flow easier so the photo/video team could get straight back to working and capturing events, but gave me so much respect for Mary and this venue.It was an honor to be a vendor at the Willow Heights Mansion, and I would love to come back!

Willow Heights Mansion is such a beautiful venue, perfect for our heritage themed wedding. The staff were easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. They were able to accommodate so many of our needs from ADA accessibility if needed, to food accommodations for allergens, to outdoor ceremony placements. We booked the outdoor view of the green beautiful hills for the ceremony and the ballroom only a few feet away, for the reception, both of which hosted approximately 150+ guests. The view where the ceremony was held was breathtaking, it seemed like a movie fairytale. The drapery inside the ballroom really made it elegant, distinguished and a beautiful space. Water, champagne and soft drinks were put out for guests since it was an afternoon wedding in March. The sound quality was great. Walking over the LOVE sign to see the view of Morgan Hill as the sun was setting was the most memorable time of our wedding. The bar inside the ballroom is so classy, and the walk in to a view of a Chrystal chandelier and piano just completed the grand entrance, surrounded by a greenery wall made all our guests feel like they were Hollywood celebrities- and so did being greeted by a champagne at the bar! It was a really fun cocktail hour with a lot of seating, especially out on the posh outdoor scenery. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the saffron chicken and Chilean Sea-bass meals, our guests who had the vegan choices said it was some of the best they've ever had (and these people are foodies), and the passed d'oeuvres of ceviche (everyone loved these), chicken pot stickers, and vegan finger foods were all delicious! All 150 guests,including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible and the bar service was fast. We did an open bar and champagne. Their preferred vendor list is great, everyone was so professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and great at their jobs. Finally, our wedding wouldn't have come together without the hard work from the Event Management Department, especially Briana Wendt and Nicole. We had our daughter's 18th "Debut" at the WHM, on Feb 25th, 2023. The place itself is amazing, classy, very elegant, and charming. We worked with Briana and she was amazing, kind hearted, very attention to detail and SUPER pleasure to work with. On the day of the part, Mary was managing our event. Mary is top-notch, and nothing more than spectacular! The moment we walked in, she told us that her job was to make sure everything was up to our expectations. First class service. As in any event, things went a little up and down, but she very quickly resolved everything. All our guests were blown away by the venue and service. Thanks, Briana and Mary for creating a lifelong memory for our daughter Clare I would highly recommend this venue. You would not get this service at a 5-star hotel!
