David was extremely helpful in helping me with a 10' box truck and an auto transport and was able to pick up early and keep for extra hrs without a problem.

Dave was the kindest gentleman who saved this damsel in distress. I had a giant, heavy table to return to Wayfair. I came looking for a box that would fit it so I could send it back. He found me a box but then we realized that my car would not fit the table and box together. He offered to drive me to the nearest Fedex in his truck. He didn't have to do any of that, in the blistering heat no less but he was super kind. I'm not one to write reviews typically but I really appreciated him that day.

We spent over an hour picking up our Uhaul in a different city (with an appointment) and I was dreading the drop off, but David was super quick & polite!

Do not.. I repeat go to this U Haul dealer on adobe. Darin was so rude and doesn't have any customer service whatsoever. I rented a cargo van and he never told me about a text I was getting, to do an inspection on the van. When I got in the van it was filthy and had a big cigarette burn on the driver seat. I went back to let him know and he was giving me attitude. He said you got a text and should know what to do. Hello! your the agent and representing the company therefore you should tell the customer what he/she had to do. He then said u don't need the van after charging my credit card, he said he was gonna reverse the charge. So he screwed me up totally for my move and I then called customer service to make a complaint. They refunded me $50 for a reservation change and had to get another Van elsewhere. This dude needs some serious customer service training!!

Be careful with this location not are they only sketchy with locals but with everyone they will charge you for any little things. Makes you wonder if they pocket some for themselves especially Darren the manger kept getting charged for nonsense four days. later!!! There's something suspicious about this Dealer just look at your bill when you're being charged U-Haul computer zone? Red flags U-Haul in Rialto / San Bernardino needs to investigate this Dealer.
