I came in to use the bathroom and this short Latina was being extremely disrespectful because I wasn't allowing her to be in charge by answering her pointless question so she started yelling and being extremely unprofessional, she need to be fired, this happened July 17 2025 around 3:15 ish pm.

I come from a background of farm, factory and building repair. That entails a vast number of parts and materials. Being retired, i try to stay active. There are typical parts and materials that all home improvement stores carry. Then there are specialty items that offer above average repair. One day I needed something really unusual. They had it. They have the best selection of quality products, in one place, that i have experienced.

Oh my gosh! I received absolutely exceptional service this last week from an employee named Kevin, and the next day, 3 other employees in garden helped make my day yet again. Their plant selection and garden shop are fantastic, and very well stocked. Kevin actually walked my family and I around to each item we asked about and knew right where to go and had all the answers to our questions. I used to be a landscaper from age 10-18 and know a lot about plants but not the ones the would thrive in Cambria. He was happy to discuss and show us options and they even had the plants we chose in three different sizes to fit every budget possible.
When in Morro Bay, this ACE Hardware will have my business for life!
