I had a really discouraging experience. I was absolutely clear with my stylist about what kind of cut and color I wanted. I showed multiple photos of the color and cut I wanted. I unfortunately got the exact opposite. My stylist was very kind and very fun, it just missed the mark entirely. I paid and tipped and still had to go buy product to correct what I got. I was very clear about how I wanted to be as blonde as possible. I really don’t understand. I should have been more honest about how unhappy and disappointed I was but I also know it’s really hard work. In the future, a stylist should be able to say “I don’t know how to do that color or that cut”. I would have appreciated that so much more than leaving with what I left with. Very bummed.

Both my husband and I came in to the shop today. We were lucky to get Monica who listened very carefully to what we wanted. She did beautiful blowout with curls for me and a perfect trim for my husband. She’s very kind and easy to be around; the shop is very friendly, We will be back!

Called for same day appointment and got in a couple hours later. Monica was great and my hair looked very nice for shampoo and blow dry. Would use her and this place again!

CANCELLED DAY OF MY SISTERS WEDDING! After calling 5 other salons I THOUGHT I was thrilled that Amanda was going to style my mom's and my hair for my sister's out of town wedding. I booked the appointment weeks in advance and an hour before the appointment I get a call from Amanda that she just looked at her books and can't do our hair but is coming in just to take care of a "regular" client. First off.....she just looked at her books, I don't think so, I had this booked for weeks. Second....don't call me an hour beforehand to cancel. My mom and I were left with no one to do our hair for a once in a lifetime special day for my sister. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! Especially if traveling.

Monica cut my hair and it's the best haircut i've gotten! Monica was very friendly and sweet we had great conversation and it was the same with Linda too:) The price was also great compared to other salons!

I was super nervous trying out bangs for the first time and Monica absolutely KILLED IT. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and it ended up looking even better than the reference photos. She made me feel so comfortable and was about the sweetest and funniest person I ever had the pleasure of meeting. My wife went here for a French braid at the last minute for our 20th wedding anniversary and Monica was so helpful and accommodating. It came out wonderful. She went above and beyond. This is a great salon in Morro Bay, recommend going here!

I had an odd experience with the hairstylist I saw, Isabel. She immediately started talking about herself and continued talking about herself the whole time. She didn't ask me any questions about myself or try to get to know me at all. My hair turned out fine but I wouldn't see this stylist again.

Went for a cut and color. Monica was very helpful and was able to do the color and cut in about an hour. The price was good and the shop clean and welcoming.
