Beautiful work has a layout of many canvas’s in nature, and of San Luis Obispo that stood out. Sometimes the aluminum finish has a sparkling glow to it. Definitely worth while to checkout.

I have been coming to Morro Bay since I was a child (a couple decades back) and I have loved walking along Embarcadero. Many of the stores have remained the same providing a familiarity over time while others have changed providing new store fronts to explore. Rowan Chase Studio occupies a corner store welcoming visitors to the area while showcasing some of the great artists in the area. While I believe the shop has changed ownership over time, the studio that is there stays true to its local roots highlighting beach and ocean pieces of art with a modern twist. When you walk in you are embraced by color and "warm" art. I love going in here just to peruse the store to see what they have in. The art they have is constantly changing reflecting the artists' changing styles. There are paintings, drawings, woodwork and glass all of which will provide a memory of your trip to Morro Bay. While we have purchased glass in the past, this time I went for some beautifully carved wood that will accentuate our PNW home. I was glad to hear they shipped because I don't have any room in my car! There are many galleries along this road and I just love these tributes to the creative minds in the area. RC studio is by far one of my favorites and perhaps if I had become a corporate lawyer, I may be able to make a purchase every time I entered the store!

Went in the store to purchase a piece I have had my eye on. The door was open so we walked in the person running the shop in a rude tone said didn't you see the sign "masks required" it was a little sign hand written small in the open door . We did not see the sign honest mistake. She promptly asked us to leave in another rude tone.Instead of putting our masks on we went to a different gallery that was much more welcoming,

Great art - so many cool pieces of art. The owner is super friendly. Could have stayed in the store for a couple hours. Definitely recommend!

We met Angela years ago on a trip up here to Morro Bay and immediately bonded with her and became customers. She is such a kind and caring person, and we genuinely look forward to seeing her each time we visit. Over the years we have bought several originals from the gallery and had Rowan Chase paint an original from a picture I took at St. Andrew's, that came out awesome! We've met Rowan also and he is such a gifted artist, and great person to get to know.

Gotta check this place out when in Morro. Refreshingly unique art styles on display - never seen techniques like that before. There's also a section of satirical animal artwork you do not wanna miss. Comical + so adorbs! Would make a fantastic gift for the artsy animal lover in your life ;) Another portion of the gallery features beautifully painted ocean and seaside depictions, because we're in scenic Morro Bay of course! The woman working at the front was quiet but very nice. We took our dog in here and she did not mind at all - chill place. Fiona Bleu is worth a visit for sure!

I have been coming to Fiona Bleu for more than 20 years. Mostly, I just looked around at the beautiful art. I have bought only few things over the years. Last weekend I was in Morro Bay with some friends for my birthday. My car was broken into, my wallet and phone stolen. Right afterwards, I went into the gallery. I said that I was sorry, but I was unable to buy anything because of the car. The girl working there said she was so sorry and she wrapped up a beautiful metal print and gave it to me for my birthday! I am going back to Morro Bay next weekend. I will definitely be buying some of my Christmas presents there.

We purchased a beautiful painting by Rowen’s mother Sharon Carro. The gallery exudes a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Definitely added to our list of favorite Morro Bay attractions!

I grew up in San Luis Obispo county. I have visited Fiona Bleu since I was a child, whenever my family and I come to Morro Bay it is our last stop. My mom usually always purchases something....the artwork is beautiful. Our experience has always been nothing but pleasant, welcoming by the owner Rowan.Unfortunately, today....I had the worst experience with one of the female staff. My parents were in town last week visiting for my daughters 1st birthday, my husband's 36th and my mom's. My son happended to leave his backpack outside of the store, when we realized it was missing we were already back home in Paso Robles. My mom immediately called and Rowan said he would bring it inside and keep safe for us. My husband and I made a trip to Morro Bay today just to pick up his backpack. I walked in, forgetting most stores require a mask to be worn these days...I barely stepped 3 feet inside and was not greeted by the female staff, instead I was asked what I needed in a very rude manner, as if to tell me I wasn't welcome in their store and was very aggressively told I needed to put a mask on. I said oh, I'm here just to grab my son's backpack real quick ....she said ok, well you still need to wear a mask and she told me to stand outside and she would bring it to me. All the while having the most sour, unhappy, rude look on her face. Not sure how someone so rude and unhappy could be working at an art gallery? I tried to remain civil, but I did tell her we were just here 5 days ago and the owner himself was NOT wearing a mask. If you are going to require a mask to be worn by your clients then you should lead by example and wear one as well. I do not mind at all adhering to policies and rules, but greet me, ask me or politely let me know a mask needs to be worn upon entrance and I would have gladly walked across the street to grab a mask from my car and come back in to grab a backpack. Fiona Bleu, you should probably hire people that want to work in your establishment, not someone so disgruntled and sour that they make your long time clients never want to come back.

Very personal service with every interaction. Voted our friends and family favorite local artist. Always new pieces added to the mix. Love this place. On our “Must Do” list whenever we’re in Morro Bay.
