I love this UPS location! They do passport pictures and make sure that they follow the passport guidelines. I’ve gone into this store about 3 dozen times now and the ladies are always super friendly and helpful with whatever I need done. Thank you!

Usually a long wait and staff aren’t particularly kind; they must be perpetually understaffed. I prefer to go to the SLO UPS store where there’s self-service kiosk, and more staff available who are more friendly.

This store runs like a well oiled machine. The employees who work there are always pleasant & ready to help if needed. They know their jobs so well that during times when they are very busy they process customers in a very timely manner. This is the store I always use because of the reasons above and because I know the employees can be trusted.

Nice staff. However, store does not accept returns Tuesdays & Thursdays between 2 - 4 pm.

I needed some help with a package I had sent. This was due to a problem I had inadvertently created myself and the UPS store had no obligation to assist me. The staff at this store really went above and beyond to provide excellent and friendly service and were able to help resolve things. They never said it wasn't their responsibility, they just helped me. Many thanks!

During Thanksgiving week person behind counter was extremely nice and calm with the line. She was very efficient so truly wasn't a wait!

Love the convenience of the location, the fact I have the choice to ship UPS or USPS, and the ease of Amazon returns. The service has always been outstanding.
