Love the fried seafood it were so good! With the bowl of soup and pasta it’s a lovely lunch under the shining sunlight! Always good to visit.Parking: Beside the restaurant.

I visit Monterey to see my daughter and granddaughter and hadn't been to Phil's in a while. And I love the new building. And I love the new facility and everything food wise is excellent.
