“I have been a costumer for more than 20 years and even I have changed my address I still coming to this office, thanks to every one, especially to Katrina, she's very helpful and friendly.”
“It was good 3window clerks. Long lines. The window clerk that was helping me had to close her window, because her machine was acting up. So I was helped buy another clerk after she finished with her customer. Then I had stamps from 2006 I asked did they have any 1 cents stamps she said at least there office didn't have any. She asked me if I wanted to use my stamps to put on my package. If so I would have to get out of the line and do so. She told me the price for Priority. Was 9.00 my stamps were 29 cents, 39cents and up. After having to wait because the teller I went to machine broke down . And move to another window. There was no way I was getting out of that line. I know things happen.”
“I have consistently had positive experiences at this post office. The facility is impressively clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are not only polite but also exceptionally helpful. Every time I've visited, they've done a good job to assist with my postal needs.Timing is crucial at this post office. If you're looking to avoid long lines, I recommend going around 10-11 am when the rush hasn't set in yet. However, if you find yourself there in the afternoon, particularly past 2:30-3 pm, expect a busier scene. Despite the afternoon rush, the efficiency of the staff helps manage the crowd well.Overall, the combination of a clean environment, and helpful staff makes this post office my preferred choice for mailing needs. Just plan your visit strategically to make the most of your experience.”
“I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.”
“Surprisingly efficient! I came here to have my fingerprints taken. It was lunchtime and holiday season so the office was quite busy. The postal workers were efficient, kind, and helpful. One worker (Asian man) was making sure everyone in line was taken care of and had their questions answered. I can tell they were doing their best to serve everyone :)”

10950 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga“Exceptional service at this post office! Visited for passport pictures and was greeted by friendly staff. An employee assisted in navigating the line and directed me to the right place for my picture appointment. The lady who took my pictures went above and beyond, even helping with my passport renewal, showcasing a level of kindness and efficiency that made the entire experience amazing. Kudos to the helpful and courteous staff! Also remember that there are no walk ins for any type of passport service, you always have to make an appointment even if the website says otherwise.”
“Adorable little post office for the residents of Mount Baldy. Rustic architecture and next to Fire Department. Mailbox is outside. Local town information is found here and P.O. boxes are inside. Nice respite on way to hiking trail at Icehouse Canyon (be sure to get your permit at US Forestry) on the left hand side---north of this location.”
