Established in 1942.
PIne House was originally built and opened as a Cafe & Tavern, supporting the growing community of Mount Laguna which hosted the then active Air Force Base. Decades later the Base was closed, but the little mountain town with it's community of cabins owners and regular recreational visitors has remained. Less than an hour's drive from San Diego, Mount Laguna has become a favorite destination of hikers, backpackers, mountain bike & motorcycle riders, and more. Our historic log building has stood the test of time.
