The location is GREAT. The rate is amazing. Yes, you're a little close to your neighbors. Kind of like camping with really nice campers.

This was the perfect stay for a much needed little get away. Ryan was more than amazing, more than accommodating, and the house fit myself and my 3 dogs just fine.

Stayed here while on the pct. Definitely recommend. There’s a hiker box, left behind hiker food, and a full kitchen. Laundry is $5, though I hung dry my clothes to save a few bucks. They have quarters.
