Quick to get us in and the issue we had was a super easy one that he hooked us up with on-the-house (lose screw lol). Have a Honda I would love to also have looked at!

Had a minor fender bender on our 2011 Cadi SRX and scraped up the back bumper and cracked a taillight. They replaced the taillight, and repainted the bumper, even fixing some damage on it that was not related to the incident. They did an excellent job and all for a reasonable price, on top of that they threw in a full cleaning and light detail. I was very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. I hit a deer while driving northbound on I-5. The front end of my Outback was mangled and the front passenger side airbag deployed leaving a nasty dust all over the interior of my car. I had my car towed to Collin Collision without calling them first and they were very kind and understanding. Scott, the owner and everyone that I dealt with were OUTSTANDING with every detail about the crazy insurance process and with fixing the front end of my car. Everyone I spoke to always took the time to answer my questions. They also meticulously cleaned out the interior of my car to get rid of the fallout from the airbag--which is quite toxic and difficult to remove. Collins Collision is awesome small town service combined with the best of high tech skill. My car looks amazing and I am very grateful that I took my car here. Highly recommended.
