This is a very small CVS used primarily for prescriptions, over the counter meds and vaccination appointments. It is not the typical large CVS you find in bigger towns. That said, I love the kind and professional assistance I have received from the pharmacist and team. It is easy to schedule vaccines online and I get auto texts for meds. If you need a bigger selection of items (food, cosmetics, seasonal fare, baby supplies etc) it is better to go to the nearby larger RiteAid but for prescriptions and vaccines I prefer this small CVS for pharmaceutical advice and care. I really like the staff.

I came to pick up a prescription. The clerk and the pharmacist were very friendly, informative and helpful. I really appreciate it when business provides good customer service. That is except for a technician who caught an attitude because I asked if he had returned my discount cards. He rolled his eyes and looked at he's coworker, with the most indignant expression. Really ? It was just a question! I did comment later to him than it was just a question, no need to act so funky. All and all, except for the situation I would return

I went there to get a tdap vaccine and they didn’t have it in stock , but yet they billed my insurance so I couldn’t get the vaccine at Rite Aid , very frustrating!!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. The tattooed guy in scrubs is dishonest, rude and has no good answers to reasonable queries. He said he would give a notification if there was a problem with a prescription, but the notification never occurred. I would hope other CVS pharmacies are better than this.

You would think they would be smart enough to know when your giving liquid medicine to children with measurements, that they would give a measuring cup so we are giving the right amount. I have no way to measure out this medicine now unless I drive back. That's an extra 30 miles of driving. So thanks a lot. I mean it's not rocket science.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! The staff were very, very rude and condescending for no reason! THEY gave me the wrong charges for my medication and the wrong information. Use RiteAid for a better experience.

Had my 2nd Moderna dose shot here. Very nice and very professional. Following up after I scheduled my appointment, Reminds me with this appointment with text message etc. And called me one hour ago, told me that I could come in "now". Seems not that busy today Friday, told me busy on Monday.

I was so impressed with the CVS Pharmacist and staff. Their professionalism, empathy & customer service was fantastic! Earlier today I had a very bad experience at Rite-Aid in Mt Shasta, prior to going to CVS. The Rite-Aid pharmacy person was rude, aggressive & refused to put a prescription into to be filled while I ran home to get my elderly mother-in-laws insurance cards as I inadvertently forgot to bring them with me. He told me there were 550 prescriptions still to be filled & I'd be wasting his time if he had to enter the insurance info at the time I paid. I tried to explain the meds were time sensitive for my MIL who spent 6 hours in ER the previous nigh and I wanted to get the prescription order in the queue as she needed to take the meds soon. He told me it wasn't his problem. Comparing my experience between Right-Aid CVS was night & day. Kudos & thanks to Mt Shasta CVS personnel! I watch how each interacted with the other customers and on the phone as well. Consistent professionalism -- genuine...caring.... and efficient. A heartfelt thanks to each member of the CVS team. I highly recommend doing your pharmacy business with CVS Mt Shasta!

This place is a joke. They don’t even keep medications in stock. I had to drive a while out of my way to pick up my script here. When I got there they told me to wait for them to be filled. Then after waiting a bit they told me they don’t have my meds in stock that they could get my meds in 4 days....

This CVS has been fine for me. We had to switch from Rite Aid only because there are insufficient Rite Aid stores in a 2nd place we live. The CVS is small, but it's not meant to be a general store ... they are dealing with the Owen's facility. The staff is professional and I find CVS's text/email communications more timely and informative than Rite Aid's. CVS was also more likely to dispense 90 day supplies while Rite Aid would not. My only complaint is their limited operating hours.
