Ive been here several times over the last several years. It’s mostly been fine, nothing special on either end of the spectrum, but lately this store has fallen off dramatically. You can’t get help, lines are super long, often the product you are looking for isn’t carried, and ordering parts is atrocious. It’s sad, and unfortunately it’s not unusual, but I’m voting with my money and taking my business somewhere else.

Very friendly staff and loads of items for just about every need! Mt Shasta is lucky to have two different hardware stores that are so well staffed and have such an assortment of items. We found just what we needed while camping - and a whole lot more!

Our washer stopped spinning the clothes. The washer/dryer in our home might have been there since it was built, so we decided to replace them rather than repair them. We went to Solano's and were happy to see a number of machines with a variety of features. The salesman, Jacques, assisted us. He is quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We didn't have to wait very long for delivery, and found the delivery men were friendly and fun to chat with. They connected the new machines up and tested them. The took away the old machines, overall the entire process was quite easy. The machines are great and we are very happy with them.
