Jen gets 5 stars, same as my other U-Haul review: Don't work with anyone else except local U-Haul people, they are the best! Don't bother calling the 800 number or order online, Jen at Black Butte U-Haul moving & storage is so helpful and nice to work with, went out of her way to help us in a very stressful situation.
