I would give it a minus stars. My ordered package said it arrived to my P. O. Box today so drove up from Anza. My label has clearly been ripped off my package and put onto someone else's package. Walked back into see why and was told to contact Amazon. I then asked how my packages label was here but not my package. It is very obvious my package arrived and the label was ripped off and placed on someone else's. I've been on the phone for hours trying to resolve this which none of the options will get my package item replaced or my money for item returned. This is absurd!!!

The new post master keeps the phones off and answering service off. The new delivery person doesn’t bother to collect the redelivery slip which has been sitting in my mailbox for a week. There is no recourse and no way to get a package without driving 1.5 hours round trip. What was once a great little local post office is now a huge source of stress for our rural community residents. This post master needs to go asap.

Small, local office, full service, home delivery, po boxes, good service, rarely a line , central location, free parking, next to a restaurant, cool feed &gift store, gas station market, and a mountain stream surrounded by wildlife!!

I had a package for an RV part that I needed to get home, my shackle and leaf spring bolt was broken and so I was stranded. I ordered an new part and when it arrived at the post office the package was going to be returned to the seller because the campground sites are not an official address. I drove up to the post office and Gary was able to help me out with receiving the package. I got the new part put on my trailer and I was able to drive it home on check out day. Thanks Gary for being understanding and helpful.

Mary provides professional service. The community trust her and she is a great person. Marry is a blessing to the mountain center community with her smile daily. The mail is always here for me when I need it. Any issues are promptly resolved when marry is around. I look forward to many years of her serving the community in a positive light. Mary and Gary - BEST postal employees ever. Always ready with a kind word to go along with efficient service. I miss them since moving to Pine Cove but am grateful for the welcome they showed me when I relocated to this area initially.
