Drove to get international driving license. They ran out of the forms and so couldn't help me. Worse, when I asked if another branch had any available, they just told me I should call myself and figure it out. AAA is now as bad as DMV at customer service.

The service is streamlined. I went to get an International Driving Permit. I received it within 15 minutes. Great service and very nice people.

I moved from Las Vegas to CA on April 14, 2024. I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue disease in both hands and I am unable to work and drive. My sister-in-law works M-F, 9 am-5 pm. Today was the day we went to AAA to transfer title of my Jeep Compass to my sister-law and for her to add the car to her current AAA auto policy. We found out from Braden that title transfer is only done M-F. My sister-in-law had driven the car to the office. We asked if they could make an exception for our case and they agreed. Michael took our VIN number and checked the engine so he could run my VIN # while we got the smog check.They gave us a nearby place for the smog check. The Mountain View Smog Test Only Center was first come first serve and with 2 cars ahead of us, we were done within 30 minutes. Coming back, we needed additional help completing the 2 forms and Braden patiently explained. Soon we were done and waiting for Amir to add the car to my sister-in-laws current auto policy. From the moment we entered the Mountain View location, we were fortunate to encounter excellent customer service from Michael, Braden and Amir.

Jeffrey J. Alapar is amazing at doing his job! I am beyond satisfied with the high level quality of services that received today! I was not sure at first that I would be able to afford my policy so I was a bit worried. After talking to Jeffrey he was able to find the perfect policy for my personal situation. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by a very nice employee who got me set up immediately for exactly what I needed. I knew going to AAA was going to be a good experience, but damn, it was 10x better . I was able to get in and out so quickly with exactly what I needed. 10/10 on every aspect !

Went there for an International Driving Permit. Got it done quickly. The facility is pretty big, clean and people are helpful. There was no wait for me.
